jechać is infinitive form of driving. Let me make the declension of the word:
ja jadę
ty jedziesz
on,ona,ono jedzie
my jedziemy
wy jedziecie
oni jadą
For example:
Czym jedziesz? It can be translated like: What are you using to drive with?
czym? = (more less) - with what?
ci ludzie = those people
I'm not fluent in English so there may be some mistakes in my translations, sorry..

Law / Appeal for refusal of residence permit in Poland [18]
You have to fix every shortcomings and mistakes which were demonstrated in the refusal letter. If the major issue was the translation, go to another sworn translator and notary one more time.
Attach to the appeal the proof of paid tuition fees, it's important.
And remember about the deadline of your legal stay in Poland...

Interesting. What kind of fine? They had to give some reasons for this. You shouldn't have to pay any fine during the insurance policy exchange process (as far I know). Although everything is possible when you deal with ZUS..

An employer is a party to administrative proceedings which means that the person who submits application for issuing such permit is the employer wishing to employ a foreigner and not a foreigner himself/herself. A filled in application for issue a work permit for a foreigner together with required documents should be submitted at least 30 days before the planned date of employment or renewal of foreigner's employment.

However, the Interior Ministry does not have full data on the scale of Polish land acquisition by foreigners. The ministry data is three, four times lower than the actual operations.

Yes, the private English schools are still very expensive everywhere in Poland.
If it isn't a option, you may bring a person who is fluent at English and who may give some individual lessons - lot of people, students are looking for additional income, give an ad on gumtree.pl for example.
In addition to the above, there are also different sources of daily English - as you mentioned - meetings with other native speakers are invaluable. And at home - books, internet, educational computer games, even English TV should be very helpful.
