Law / TRC/PR processing time acter decision signed [NEW]

Hi,
My TRC was submitted in month of march and decision signed in oct but still i am not having information about decision is +ve or -ve as GOV staff is not having any info on their system, also SMS for collecting card is too late more than 3 to 6 months.

So is aome one received the card recently if yes than after how many days of decision signed date ?

Law / Citizenship of baby born in Poland - Foreign Parents [17]

Hi All,

Based on above post it's cleared that, baby will not get polish citizenship if he/she born in Poland.
But is there any law which allow baby to get 10 years of temporary resident card ? if their Non-Eu parents have 3 years of temporary resident card.

Hi Bunty,

Yes, your business area are good specially TEA point and/or hair salon, rest of them are already have setup in poland.
Tea point is not exist at all anywhere in poland - it will be same plan can be implement as Uppma Virdi has done in Australia.

also there are many hair salon in poland but those are costly and not cover the economy people - so even this is best one.

usually workpermit received within 3 months max, @thecodergeek
list of insurance company specified in embassy website, or you can go with TATA AIG.
one way flight is sufficient if you are apply the national D visa on workpermit.

I have applied by my own and decision date would be next month, there are two advantage of blue card over the TRC,
1) Once you get blue card then your spouse can work without work permit(but need to apply her blue card based on your dependency )
2) after 2 years staying with same employer then no need to require any further work permit process if you change the job or you will get promoted in same company.

Suggestion : do the fees analysis with another kindergarten and come up with better fees price :)
come up with international language teacher(obviously english)
Also come up with direct contract with employer for their employee then it will give more benefit to your business.

Actually even 14k gross is good offer in poland.
you have to consider other factor as well other than your saving like lifestyle, living environment, etc..

your employer will take care of your medical package and you will need to enroll for your spouse by paying minimal amount.

Overall medical service is good, even we are expecting the baby by November month.

Hi Ritesh,

you will get between 9.5k to 10k net in your hand if you get offer of 14k gross,
According to your point 1 and 2, you will not find any major difference in terms of your saving(even less saving then what you are getting) but definitely you will get opportunity for europe countries after staying 2-3 yrs in same country.

you can try to negotiate the offer till 16k if possible, now a day most of the employer has started to offer around 17k to 20k in warsaw.

You can apply for dependent visa based on your wife work permit, it would be national D type visa for dependent.
in this VISA, you will stay in Poland but could not able to work. follow the polish embassy in mumbai website for the documents.

You can easily change the company if you have VISA, Only thing is to take care about your ZUS and taxes are paid by employer.
