Tomaszewski is defending nothing but hs own political position. Like most right-wing politicians of Polish nationality, he's a smart guy that's figured out how to use and exploit the poor stupid people.
It's not exactly a big secret that the older Lithuanian Poles tend to be poorly educated - hence why his message and claims are believed.

I can't stand Tomaszewski's rhetoric and manipulation of the minority there. The guy is not a leader, he's a troublemaker and one that went into coalition with Russians to achieve his electoral aims!

Your agency's response seems quite reasonable to me and confirms that which I was saying. I'd say you bear no risk signing agency agreement and seeing/reviewing a tenancy agreement at a later stage when you have actually selected a particular place for yourself.

The agencies are usually uninterested in tenancy agreements. That will be given to you for review/negotiation by the lessor, when you get to know him/her. However, you won't get to know the lessor until after you have signed the agency agreement which is the way for the agency to ensure they get their fee, instead of duping them by dealing directly with the lessor, thus completely excluding the agency from the process. I am not saying this is your intention, but it has been for many others, and that is how agencies protect their interests.

I think Czarna Góra (in Sudety mts) or Wierchomla (Beskidy range) are more friendly do skiers, especially the beginners. The former is great, the latter is second best.

Za mało próbowałaś. Drobnostki negatywne należy pomijać, natomiast te pozytywne należy eksponować i brać z nich zadowolenie. Takie też bywają. Ale, co prawda to prawda, zawsze to jest zamieszanie w życiu... ale potem jest docieranie, i fajnie się dociera jeśli jest Wola i Ochota :-). Bądź optymistyczna!
