Of course. It's your property.

3. can i give this property on rent to any other person?

Yes.

4. can i hold a polish bank account when im not living in this country but based on the property i have in poland?

In some banks you can open account, but you must visit them in person.

5. how is the tax calculated for such income?

Look, I did not have any problems with immigrants while they kept to some far away, sh!tty places, like Warsaw

I was born in that "sh!tty place" so please note:
Foreigners do not create ghettos in Warsaw, but some areas are more popular for some nations then others. Rich immigrants (eg. most of Chinese, some Vietnamese, some Indians) living in better districts having polish neighbours. Poor are living with local "proletariat" in poor districts. The difference is that asians usually do not create any relations with their neighbours, but other europeans usually are more open.

Travel / Best place to exchange money in Poland? [98]

I planned to visit the zoo, the university of Wroclaw and take a lunch also a dinner in Wroclaw.

Dinner you can pay by card directly, for other your expences getting money from ATM is fine. You can change 50 Eur in any "kantor" at the old town, but the rate couldn't be better then ATM.

Travel / Unusual architecture - bulidings and structures in Poland [28]

I am watching that "Rocket in Warsaw" daily since over 40 years. It's typical Soviet socrealism architecture from 50's. I could see some other buildings like this in Moscow. It's also the whole district in Warsaw called MDM in this style. It doesn't look strange for me. Please explain your golden rule to me.
