Real Estate / Valuation of Inherited Real Estate in Poland for tax purposes? [14]
It can be determined firstly by asking any realtor how much they can sell it for(you dont have to list it with them just ask),by a property assesor who might charge you and at the end tax department also have there assesment also because some people buy it in cash and declare low price to avoid tax.
A tax advisor I think is a wrong person to ask if you are evaluating your property.

Law / Penalty points on driving licences in Poland [26]
Just to educate you sunshine that I have had Polish license since 2003 without an expiry date and renewed my us license 4 times since then and no one has asked for my Polish license back.Given to the fact that someone who mentions stupid things dont have proper documentation in Poland and has threatened ticket checkers in Poland and evaded custom duties for so many years in Poland.,
Above all someone mentions about a crime who has been ranting about the same and couldn't do anything for it after threatening for almost a decade like a mouse.

Even though I have a Polish license but I always show my international license and American license when pulled over.Last time the officer stopped me ,with his expression I figured he knew that I did have a Polish license as the car is on my name with Polish plates but on the ticket he only mentioned first 3 numbers of my pesel on the ticket and left the others blank and gave me a receipt for 400 something Zees,that I gave him as fine.Been over a year but no letter or anything about points on my Polish license yet though.Just to mention I was very courteous and nice to the copper saying "nie rozumie po polsku pan officer" and so on with my little Polish,to which he showed me his 1944 hand held radar and tried to explain me the violation for speeding 20km over the speed limit(which I knew) but acted scared and apologetic.
Just to remind they always stand after the posted white and black posted speed limit sign like in states as legally the ticket is illegal if the sign is not posted if given after a specified distance from the sign.

most countries to pass the test takes 3/4 or more tries if one is not good at driving anyway,Poland is not different in that case.

I'm cashing dollars to buy real estate, if it goes up more I'll cash more as I collect to buy inpoland Realestate is giving over 9% return plus 5% sleeping return ( appreciation) atleast, lots of deals to pick up, now I'm going to Warsaw in Copenhagen now changing flights;)
Above all I don't do markets

Well said,my wife is from a small village near stalowawola in Podkarpacie voyvoida who runs a very successfull business in states and so are her siblings.Even in her village there are so many successfull people.
And its changing very rapidly.

It's a different situation in Poland and there is still some stigma to being a single woman; that is changing very quickly though and there are plenty of young Polish women who don't see 'having a man' as the be all and end all of life
And its changing very rapidly.
t I don't suppose you'd want an ISIS run government in Europe!!

I am not sure but if you are not a polish citizen I am sure it does not matter then.Dual citizens have to declare there incomes in both countries.

They do same in new york.Just try giving written adress to a cab driver and ask him in accent and see how he will take you to manhatten and it will cost 5 times more.Not all but most cab drivers do.Dont forget the medallion of yellow cab costs 1 mil $>
