Not in NJ.I once paid over 6k in fine for selling to a 19yo,even when the clerk checked his id which was fake,.the ABC cop said the law says selling to a minor is illegal no matter what id he shows.Its so hard to check if the ID/Dl from another state is legal or not.Illegals show only there passport and mexicans are so hard to judge there age.

Yeah the Liq license in Nj goes for millions,the new ones with population growth are auctioned and only TGIF etc big guys get it.No owner in Liquor business would survive that.I would call cops on ABC officers when they parked there car in my parking lot as suspicious car and get them out.

There is a ABC law that says"visibly drunk should not be served"LOL and try to enforce that in a bar full of bikers on a friday/sat evening,even my bouncers were scared(some were cops moonlighting)
My son now admits he used to pay people 10 bucks who would buy it for him and friends from my store when he was 19.
