I would approach the cooks in Thai restaurants as most dream of starting there own restaurant.If the proper person you find dont have money then consider financing then at a lucrative rate like 6 or 7%.If you spent 180k and want 60k means you are choking so take 60 k down and finance whatever you can get out of the buyer.

I was once considering to buy a small one for ourselves(10/20 people) but the language part is a barrier for me but am still open.Shoot me a pm if you want to discuss seriously.I did a research sometime ago and found a basic one could cost around 3 to 4l euro and a middle one for 6 to 7k a person with a pvt room and on site nurse,Ambulance etc.I lost the number of a guy who has one by German border and has no vacant places and caters to all German clients.

Philly steak sub we tried from a local restaurant called Aioli,sucked and tasted more like curry cubes in a sub roll.
There are still no toasted butter or cream cheese bagel ,or even butter rolls and not to mention the egg cheese and bacon breakfast sandwich except the mickey dee breakfast.I once asked for a toasted bagel and they sliced it and toasted it from outside and gave me a butter packet lol.

NO,you dont need any such certificate for flats in Poland.In fact you dont even need the orignal notariusz deed,the notariusz doing the closing can find out everything for a fee.All you need is your identification or a notarised power of attorney.

Then again a old nanny/housecleaner here can tell you more as she claims to be a expert on properties in Poland but make sure you consult proper people as she is usually wrong.

Why dont you sell the company?Plenty of buyers there who will buy it if there is no credit on it.If you dont do anything about it they will come back and haunt you as you have to file taxes on it every year even if you dont do any business with it.

Yeah,my maternal family old timers still drink Carlo Rossi paisano and they buy them 5 litre glass bottles by the case.When I was in liq business I had to special order for them,not found in most liq stores.CR wines are usually called pis.s in a bottle in the liq trade in States.

I always buy 1.5 liter btls, usually a case of 6 for 18.99 a btl plus almost 7% sales tax in states as 750 ml btl is only good for 2 people. Then again maybe a bit cheaper as it's Italian : European.

I still prefer my Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio for 20 bucks,chilled for regular family friends dinners.Barolo like any red is too heavy,lol still prefer my Grey Goose vodka in the US.
