News / What should Poland do with the problem of Belarus? [1800]

not letting the free press or Frontex anywhere near the border

European Commission said that it is going only to sent Frontex officials, who are forbidden from using force against migrants (besides acting in the self-defence). Such people are completely useless in this hybrid warfare as are people watching if Polish border guards won't push invaders back to Belarus once they cross the border.

In other words, EU already made clear that necessary means can't and won't be offered.

And Poland is keeping them out mainly at the behest of Germany. They want to go to Germany. What's Poland to do, lock them up in detention centres in Poland?

As much as the German globohomo want to replace their population, they hardly want whole columns taking over at once, like some kind of Moroccan Green March. Otherwise it looks a bit too much like an invasion. Not what you need when new lockdowns are incoming thanks to the leaky vaccines, and a government formation with parties that have never formed a government together at the federal level.

News / What should Poland do with the problem of Belarus? [1800]

EU needs to introduce the harshest sanctions possible. Not the current "some individuals, some companies, some goods in some time with some loopholes left" approach, but sanction everything right now. Total trade and logistic blockade of Belarus, complete embargo, no business whatsoever in any industry and walks of life.

And it's not just Belarus that needs to be sanctioned. No way this is happening without some approval and/or support from Russia - punish them too. Sanction all the countries, airports and airlines involved in this.

Yes, it will cost EU money, but it's time to realize that safety and well-being are not free, not when you have neighbors like Belarus and Russia. We are under attack, and defense does cost money. And the longer it is tolerated the more expensive it gets. Act now, help Poland.

For those worried about "sanctions only hurt Belarusian people, not the regime", EU can make it easier for Belarusians by giving them more opportunities to escape the sanctioned totalitarian zone that is Belarus. And in the long-term, Belarusians will only benefit from destroying the regime.

As long as the EU authorities are unwilling to act, they create hell for the Polish and Lithuanian border guards with their own hands.

Lukashenko not a problem only for Belarusian people anymore, he's a a threat to the whole Europe. He must be stopped.

But of course this will NEVER happen. Merkel is in love with that juicy Russkie gas pipeline, so nothing will be done. It's always about the money. German media will start propaganda how fascist Poles beat innocent women and children once **** hits the fan.

News / Abortion still under control in Poland [2986]

coz they feared being accused by fanatics of murdering the fetus.

statista.com/statistics/1111313/poland-number-of-legal-abortions-1994-2018/

The population, if the statistic is correct, of Poland is ~38.000.000 people, birthrate 9.442 per thousand.

If my calculation is correct, of ~340000 births there have been 9 deaths at childbirth, of one was seemingly a wrong decision by the doctor regarding the abortion, which would be incredibly low even if we consider all 9 having the same reason for the women deaths, which is unlikely.

There have been 1076 "legal abortions" in Poland in 2020.

That must be the most inefficient pressure on individuals a "fanatics" has ever done.

A syrian woman paid 4000$ for illegal smuggling through polish border... because a facebook post said it's totally safe and easy.
This is what generations of cousin marriage does to your brain.

docs never know

All sorts of activists in various positions of power should do all they can to make that Doctor's life miserable.
Then, "docs" will always know.

To punish a doctor(s) responsible.
Abortion is absolutely legal if the woman is in danger of dying in Poland. So this is a case of a wrong decisions of the doctors part, not an issue with the abortion laws.

Mental retardation

In a normal world people would have stormed the hospital where this happened with torches and pitchforks, as should have been done, instead of engaging in another round of POLITICS

News / Years of Poland in the EU - assessment of pros and cons [1166]

independence of the justice

What about saving justice from corrupted judges? Other corrupted judges from EU are bound to dislike it.

political party decides to muzzle media

It is internal affair, if citizens dislike it, it is up to them to stop it. No foreign power have the right to interfere.
What about Poland sending armed intervention into Germany, because disliking Merkel's policy of inviting thirdworlders?

They make Poland look bad, with a dodgy government that doesn't pay its debts.

These are not "debts". If someone declares that you are to pay him, due to some make believe reason, ignoring him does not mean you are in debt.

It is akin to some Jewish organisation pestering Poland to give them money because of German occupation.

The ECJ in particular is playing a very stupid game. They can't enforce anything, not even the fines. There is no enforcing arm of the EU.

That's the reason for the rule of unanimity, which has been abrogated with the Lisboa treaty and the one before it, but in practice it does apply. If someone says no, there's not much the EU can do about that apart from politics, pressure and whining.

Looking back, the Lisboa treaty is just a big blunder. Perhaps big enough to ensure that the EU has no future.

Poland Avoids Paying EU Fines by Leaving Email from EU Court Unread
"This tactic of "ghosting" the EU court could hold off the fines for up to a week - unless it hires a courier in an effort to try and serve Poland its proverbial court papers - at which point they will automatically be considered to have been delivered."

Hilarious article.

I think the EU has served its purpose and can be disbanded now.

Life / Has feminism and lesbianism progressed in Poland? [645]

Came upon some stuff tangentially.
Third wave feminism:
CIA-funded (unsurprising), for example, Gloria Steinem. (who financed and manpowered the (early) CIA/OSS? Brits. Money? Rockefellers. duh)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gloria_Steinem

Rockefeller, namely Abbey Rockefeller
Openly admitted in their own bio, around the pages 600
Surprisingly, it's even mentioned on wikipedia
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abby_Rockefeller_(ecologist)#Feminism_and_left-wing_politics

Just a few tidbits, and the rabbit hole goes of course way deeper, with the founding principles of Masonism, CIA funded research and operations and whatnot, but thought that could still be of some interest to some of you.

Life / Gypsies or Roma: European and Polish attitudes towards [87]

If they weren't first in line for any kind of handout

Gypsies are not black. Blacks in US are spoiled brats who got used to screw other by accusing them by racism, and getting themselves into high position.

Gypsies do have genetically caused behavior different from genetically caused behavior of white population. And that behavior causes trouble.

It's actually interesting when in during socialism, sometimes there were a babies who were orphans, both parents killed, or died by health reasons. Stuff. Now, socialistic ideology OF COURSE didn't even allow to think these two children would behave differently. According to socialistic ideology all behavior is cultural and caused by parenthood.

There were decent women who were specialized in taking these into family and were extraordinarily capable in providing decent parent stuff.

And theirs skill allowed both types of children to grow well, until puberty happened. (Actually it might be pre-puberty stage and puberty, I don't remember it well. Gypsies have this stuff 2 years before white population, and white population has sexual stuff 2 years before these who have noble genes.)

Then it was obvious the theory about no genetically caused behavior is BULLSHIT.

To quote foster parent of one of them "He's nice boy, but you wouldn't believe into what trouble he managed to get during puberty."

News / Years of Poland in the EU - assessment of pros and cons [1166]

European Court of Justice openly stated that Polish judges can ignore Constitutional Tribunal of Poland which directly goes against Lisbon treaty which states:

'Article 3a
1. In accordance with Article 3b, competences not conferred upon the Union in the Treaties remain with the Member States.

'Article 3b

2. Under the principle of conferral, the Union shall act only within the limits of the competences conferred upon it by the Member States in the Treaties to attain the objectives set out therein. Competences not conferred upon the Union in the Treaties remain with the Member States.

Poland did not give rights to EU to organize its judiciary and especially to give it right to say what polish judges do.

Only a matter of time before the EU uses guns to keep 'rogue' EU states in check. That is why the EU are pushing for an EU army.

I wonder how long before disregarding or seceding from the EU will be considered 'treason'?

News / Poles say a big YES to our European Union [957]

Poland gets 180 billion, pays 60 billion aaand, say, 100 billion of the net 120 gets contracted to German companies. 100 billions makes its way into pockets of German bourgeoisie and German industries are strengthened: first through the influx of funds, second through stunting the growth of potential competition and third through lowering costs of labour by undermining collective bargaining power of workers by importing immigrants. Thus German economic supremacy is strengthened and allows them to dominate not only government contracts but private sector within the EU as well, enriching them and impoverishing everybody else. EU is a project strictly meant for realising German economic particularisms and you can put drivel about "integration" being their mission between children's stories.

Imagine believing Germs invite people to EU and gib them monies out of the kindness of their hearts. Poland is a colonial perifery. A reservoir of cheap but highly educated labour and a market for low quality goods to be sold for western prices. EU is a means of economic exploitation, nothing else.

News / Poles say a big YES to our European Union [957]

Yes, it is still a benefit to poland,

Anyone who still believes that needs to read this interview with Oettinger:

handelsblatt.com/english/politics/handelsblatt-interview-oettinger-germany-may-have-to-pay-more-to-eu/23567142.html?ticket=ST-10887632-qo29t6NkbDHsm0bY5e9r-ap2

Why not save even more - for example, the billions in EU structural funds that go to Poland and Hungary, since those two countries refuse to take in refugees?

Budgetary policy shouldn't be used to impose political penalties. The structural funds are for making weak regions more competitive. And a large part of every euro the EU gives Poland comes back to Germany. The Poles use the money to place orders with the German construction industry, to buy German machines and German trucks. So net contributors such as Germany should be interested in the structural funds. From an economic perspective, Germany isn't a net contributor but a net recipient.

This interview is amazing from start to finish and can't be posted enough times.

News / Poles say a big YES to our European Union [957]

I just cannot imagine a Poland-exit from EU as long as PiS is the governing party

It's just socialists battling about some minor issues, like different commie factions fought each other over some miniscule nonsense, but agreed on general idea of economy. Same with PiS socialists and EU socialists. It's a completely fake conflict between people who need conflict to get and stay into power.

A lot of the reeing about "corruption" in Poland and Hungary is because of public contracts going to corrupt domestic companies instead of corrupt EU-15 companies. Siemens, Strabag, Alstom, and their ilk need the spice to flow. Interestingly, while they believe they have a God-given right to our investment projects, they effectively use national regulations to keep our capital investment companies out of their home countries. Ever seen a Polish or Czech company get a major public contract in Germany? Funny how that works.

News / Polish constitution supersede the EU treaties and regulations [64]

Are they hoping for Polexit?

Britain only left bc they were a net payer. No EU country will leave as long as it's a net recipient. And the Germs will never tighten the spigots for Polant coz their highest and the most solemn goal is to preserve EU unity.

This entire charade will end only with a currency or budget crisis when Germoney won't be afford to feed their own army of turk gibs AND everyone else too anymore. As soon as that happens (and with inflation getting out of hand currently it might be sooner than we think) the EU is dead within 2 years.
