Doctors fought for the life of a 25-year-old woman who was in a critical condition. In the morning of Sunday, February 25, she was found naked and unconscious by the caretaker of one of the buildings at ul. Żurawia in the center of Warsaw.
It turned out that the attacker first raped her and then tried to strangle her. Surveillance recordings show that he was wearing a balaclava, ran up to the victim from behind, put a knife to her neck and dragged her to the entrance gate. He raped her in the stairwell of one of the tenement houses.
He took her wallet, phones and payment cards, left her and took a tram towards Mokotów. It was there that he lived with his partner in a rented apartment. As "Fakt" found out, he did not have a permanent job and changed his place of residence several times . Before moving to Warsaw, he lived in Opole.
- It's a shock to me. I would like to know why he did it, the perpetrator's girlfriend told "Fakt" . − His girlfriend has been living here for several years. Fights and quarrels in the apartment started only when she met this boy. I heard screams every day, said the couple's neighbor in an interview with a "Super Express" journalist.
The perpetrator is Dorian S., a 23-year-old resident of Warsaw. The police detained him a few hours after the incident - surveillance footage and tracking dogs helped. He was surprised, but did not resist, he admitted to his crime. He was charged with attempting to murder a woman for robbery and sexual reasons, and was detained for three months.
Onet established that there will be an autopsy, if the result confirms that the woman died as a result of a brutal attack, the classification of the act will certainly change and the 23-year-old will be charged with murder.
