No more! The army introduces a new law for soldiers` appearance. Revolutionary coz I still remember that having a tattoo was one of the reasons they didn`t draft you in the communist army a few decades ago.

From September 1, after changes in regulations, soldiers will be allowed to have facial hair, which will have to be "neat and aesthetic" and will not hinder soldiers in performing their tasks. Soldiers will also be allowed to have tattoos not only in covered places on the body.

Warsavians are serious about their Rising monuments. A huge scandal broke out when a 76 year old woman desecrated a massacre memorial with coffee dregs. She was detained but didn`t explain her motives to the police. Later reporters accosted her in front of her house but she kept silent. She will be fined for her dirty act.
