Polish immigrants in the UK - victims or criminals?!

What a plank, they should lock him up

True. Would serve him right.

Does he drive drinks around? Or is he a drunk driver?

You'd need to ask the newspaper in question. Perhaps it's a new term.

What a plank

Quite. Very naughty to say that it's acceptable in Poland. Partly because it isn't and alcohol levels for driving are strict and partly because it's irrelevant what is or isn't allowed elsewhere.

the Château d'If.

Has anybody got reference? For making stuff up, like fiction like in 'Le Comte de Monte-Cristo'.

A particularly grisly murder.

The dismembered corpse of a 67 year old man was found in various parts of a nature reserve near Manchester last week

The murder trial's happening now. There's only one person on trial now; perhaps the other person originally charged hasn't gone to trial.

Further body parts were found .....including his heart, a kidney, lungs and genitalia.

A piece of Everett's spine was discovered at Boggart Hole Clough while a further 10 body parts, which appeared to have been sawn from his body, were discovered at Linnyshaw Colliery Wood. Parts of Everett's head and face were found at Blackleach reservoir

[About a third of the body was recovered by police. Majerkiewicz appeared in court wearing a grey tracksuit with a shaved head. He heard the proceedings through a Polish interpreter.

theguardian.com/uk-news/2025/mar/04/man-sent-texts-from-housemates-phone-after-killing-him-manchester-court-told

It looks like he didn't hold back. I find it hard enough to bone a joint of meat to stuff it and cook it. It must have been a hassle to do all that.

It's a full trial, so the defendant must have pleaded not guilty.

It says in the article that he was sending birthday cards after the person died and was using bank accounts however we shouldn't second guess a jury since they hear more of the evidence than the public. Having said that, it can't be easy for the defence lawyers in such a trial

What about the case of 2022??? Any news on the court ruling?

Young Polish man stabbed to death in UK
For reasons not yet determined by investigators, Kajetan was attacked with a knife by his peer Patrick Sharp. The teenager was taken to hospital, but his life could not be saved.

Sharp, 18, has been charged with the murder of a Polish man and has been remanded in custody. He has also been charged with possession of a weapon and drugs. Hertfordshire Police say the teenager is due to appear at Luton Crown Court on Wednesday.

He was sentenced to life imprisonment:

It looks like he didn't hold back. I

It is a particularly grisly case. He's pleaded not guilty to both murder and manslaughter.

He's pleaded not guilty to both murder and manslaughter

That's seems strange since the was using the victim's bank account and sending birthday cards to his relatives pretending to be him. That would be very difficult to credibly explain away.

It has a few echoes of this horrible case:
While searching the home of a detained 40-year-old Polish bricklayer, German police uncovered a shocking find: mutilated bodies were discovered in his refrigerator.

There's an odd fascination wit( true crime (and of course the media, tv and bookshops are full of it.

I remember as a teen there was a real panic near my village. Something nasty had been found. Remember, this was just after the Yorkshire Ripper, that guy who killed the Laitner family in Sheffield after the wedding reception then went on the run locally and a serial rapist called the Fox who broke into peoples houses and also went on the run.

The panic was unjustified though. There was a lot of dismembered flesh however it was vacuum packed with Sainsbury's labels. Someone's freezer had obviously broken down.

The actual words were "Majerkiewicz denies murder and manslaughter", so I've presumed he pleaded not guilty. It's from your Guardian link.

.

Exactly. I think he's clutching at straws to be honest.

It has a few echoes of this horrible case:

Blimey, even more dismembered bodies :( although not sure if it's one person or more after reading the article.

I hope identification is possible because although it's awful, those people will be missed and at least families will get answers.

For sure. Otherwise there'd just be a sentencing hearing.

I was reading today about a Polish woman named Izabela Zablocka. She came to the UK to work in 2009 and went missing in 2010.

Police have now found the remains of a body in the garden of a house. Although no formal identification has yet taken place, Derbyshire Police believe the body to be hers and what was a missing persons inquiry has now become a murder inquiry. Four people have been arrested.

Very sad. For her family, although it's terrible news, at least it's finally put an end to the years of wondering what had happened to her.

Two Gorgians in Wroclaw beat to death a 21-year-old Pole. They got very light sentences, some sh't like in Europe.

Some progress finally in the investigation into the murder of Izabela Zablocka.

Ms Zablocka came to the UK in 2009 from Poland and was living in the Normanton area of Derby, but lost contact with her family in August 2010, when she was 30, Derbyshire Police said.

Anna Podedworna, 39, of Boyer Street, Derby, had been charged with murder, preventing a lawful burial and perverting the course of justice.

Police launched the murder inquiry two weeks ago and human remains, believed to be those of Ms Zablocka, have since been found in the garden of a property in Princes Street, Normanton.

@Ironside
You talk about light sentences - when a Polish scumbag bar bouncer pepper sprays and beats a tourist / minority and he loses an eye, said shaven-headed neanderthal may not even be charged. Similarly, when the Polish mafia slips date rape drugs into foreign visitors' drinks and empties their bank accounts, the only people who do anything about it are their overseas banks, who know exactly how lawless Poland is. So, really? "Like Europe"? When this country is Mad Max territory?

Sorry, I just get a bit angry when I think someone is acting like Poland is a paragon of law and justice. The police are terrible.

Or is he a drunk driver?

You see drink driver and drug driver nowadays. We like compound nouns

brrrrrrrrrrrr

I would prefer impaired driver as a cover term for both. And drink driver creates a mental image of someone driving a martini glass.... drug driver sounds like a delivery man....

Depends where they are from. If from Ukraine, victim and criminal. Everywhere else, criminal. Why are they all criminals? Because they are complicit with the EUSSR genocidal ethnocidal crimes and theft of the Polish people. Look what's happened to UK, Germany, Sweden , France, Italy, etc, etc. Same story, different day, same tactics, same censorship to blot and rewrite history by the agents of satan who wish to destroy all that is good and Godly. They hate Christ and his faithful. So they destroy his faithful since they can have no power of Christ obviously.

Why are they all criminals?

All in this thread are either criminals, victims or possibly witnesses and grieving relatives.

UK, Germany, Sweden , France, Italy

All pleasant places to live,

EUSSR genocidal ethnocidal crimes and theft of the Polish people

Do tell.

In a more appropriate thread of course.

Xenophobia and ignorance... Marxist propaganda. Texans is one of the friendliest states in America. Just more civil war era Marxist propaganda against the South being repeated more than a century later by people who watched some television history show in America. As if the North is known for their hospitality. It's called Southern hospitality. Marxist push their ugly propaganda that if you dont destroy your own family and nation, you are unwelcoming. Marxism needs to die. Sweden has become the rape capitol of world. Wonder why?

Are they in the room with you now?

And this thread isn't about Texas or anywhere else in that country.

Here's one on topic, though not very nice.

Officers with the Metropolitan Police reviewed CCTV from a number of days in June 2024 that showed her pinching and scratching children under their clothes on their arms, legs and stomachs.

Several of the children were seen to be pinched dozens of times over the course of the day. Most cried and flinched away from Lecka after she did this.

Other instances of abuse included kicking a child who was on the floor, pushing children headfirst over cots, shoving another child onto a mattress in the sleep room and aggressively covering a toddler's mouth as he started to cry.

cps.gov.uk/london-south/news/nursery-worker-who-abused-multiple-children-convicted-child-cruelty

A tackier news source but a more lurid article.
Roksana Lecka, 22, has been convicted of 'badly harming' 21 infants at the Riverside Nursery in Twickenham, south-west London, last year.

She admitted seven counts of child cruelty, including kicking a boy in the face and punching a girl in the side, justifying this behaviour by claiming she was sleep deprived from smoking cannabis all night with her boyfriend.
