=Ironside]what do you need pawian is a kick in your hole.
Anyway when I will have a while I will refute all your points.....

Iron, you have a serious problem with grammar. :):):):)
Normaly, I admire your English. It is really impressive.
But you commit mistakes from time to time. It seems to take place whenever you are PiSsed off.
Why don`t you cool off a bit? Remember, there are guys in the forum who wanna improve their English! Your PiSsed off posts might be a bit misleading. :):):)

PS1. What my points are you talking about? I don`t remember making any lists with points.....

I am just having fun but you treat it so seriously... :):):):)

PS2. Thank you for not calling me a dick. I do appreciate it. :):):):):):):)

You don't like PiS, those who do are mad,

yes

so therefore almost 1/3 of Poland is mad, and it's as simple as that

pretty much, but not mad, just very lost.

but I accept that it was the choice that was made, democratically.

there, there.

Is it because Palikot has such a big ego he has to be in TV all the time?

very much so.

I'm drunk and sleepy and I do not see a reason to hide it. I try to be brief in my posts !

there is no reason to be unsatisfied with government other than being supporter of PiS, are you really saying that?

a question addressed to you pawian!

Shyt, I am reading it and cannot understand.

I am reading it in the original version and still no comprehende.

I am probably too drunk. So, the last shot and goodnight.

Basically you guys act like the voice of reason

Thank you for the confirmation, It's never to late for a sinner to repent, even at the last hour(:
I think your problem is that your brain is impermeable to logic, try switching it from reverse cycle.

They're not telling me, they're informing me that Gazeta Polska were convicted of lying. There's a difference.

Gazeta Polska, convicted liars? Fact.
Gazeta Wyborcza, liberal-Jewish-communist conspiracy theory? Speculation.

That's exactly why Gazeta Wyborcza doesn't tend to get prosecuted (except when PiS were harassing them in power) and Gazeta Polska does.

It's funny how when you get the better of them in their own argument, and you point out to them their flawed logic, and demonstrate to them that white is white and black is black and despite their dear leader's assertion that black is white that will always be the case, they simply run away from the argument-it's as though as it never happened, like with the above example(: Looks as though they perfecting their leader's habit of running away from debate.

You have just showed them factual information that Gazeta Polska are a bunch of liars and they ignore it completely.

Great, isn't it?

I think from now on, I'm going to call the paper Lying Gazeta Polska. Or perhaps simply "not fit to wipe my arse with" would be better...hmm.

Sure there is no reason to be unsatisfied with government other than being supporter of PiS, are you really saying that?

Sure. SLD supporters wouldn't bother (they have May 1st for that), PSL supporters are content with the position of the party, and Palikot's supporters will tend to be the ones who are educated and smart enough to get on with it rather than protesting in the street.

A real breath of fresh air?

Indeed. About the only wrong move so far (and I suggest it was mentioned to wind up PiS/PO more than anything) was suggesting that Magdalena Sroda should be the Minister of Education.

This fight will be fun to watch. At stake are: a prosecutor mandate (retired), a MP mandate, prosecutor's retirement pay (quite high), MP salary. Heroes: Members-elect Dariusz Barski and Bogdan Świączkowski, both retired prosecutors, both PiS.

Round 1. According to Prosecutor General, a prosecutor - irrespectively whether active or retired - must not be a member of a parliament. PG cites the article 103, paragraph 2 of the Constitution: "A judge, prosecutor, civil servant, soldier in active military service, a police officer and a state security officer can not exercise their parliamentary mandates."

Round 2. Chancellery of the Sejm concluded that combining the prosecution and the parliamentary mandate violates the constitution and therefore asked both the Members-Elect, to decide by October 27 - the day of taking the oath - which mandate they forgo.

Round 3. On September 22, 2011 the National Council of Prosecutors adopted a resolution which clearly confirms that, under existing law, "the retired prosecutor, if elected to act as a MP or Senator (...) does not have to give up its position and retains the salary owed. "

On the other hand, The Council, which is a 25-person institution tasked with guarding the independence of the prosecutor's institution, said unequivocally that the regulations do not prohibit combining the mandates, but that they should be changed. "The Council believes that this situation requires the intervention of the state legislature at the next revision of the Law on Public Prosecutor's Office".

Round 4. Members-elect Dariusz Barski and Bogdan Świączkowski claim that "there is no legal basis to give up their parliamentary mandates." They emphasize that, because they draw a high prosecutor's retirement pay, they will forgo drawing MP salaries.

Round 5. - Of course, due to very principled, courageous and pro-state attitude of both gentlemen we may fear some form of attack from those who rule Poland - commented Mariusz Blaszczak of PiS,on TVN24

Technical knockout in round 5.

Ironside:
Sure there is no reason to be unsatisfied with government other than being supporter of PiS, are you really saying that?

Sure.

So, if somebody is unsatisfied with governmental officer, with a new law, with standard of a health service and if there is few of those and they go protest on the street - they are PiS supporters and as such should be shot on sign.

Doesn't matter if in fact their are only concerned citizens without political affilaition. I this perfect world only PiS is a big bad monster and others who disagree with PO and its leader are perfect. I think USA or other countires with problems should hire them to solve it - whoosh - the dream team is on its way to help you

No wonder members of PO publicly and without shame are saying things like: że prezes jest "wielkim mężem stanu", "dotkniętym geniuszem", i nawet roczne dzieci po zobaczeniu go w telewizji długo jeszcze się uśmiechają.

That Tusk is a great statement, with touch of genius, and even toddlers seeing HIM on TV are smiling long after that.
Are we in Kazakhstan? And you so called Scot see nothing wrong with that eh?
comical !

Typical PiS` rhetorics.

I just read it in today`s issue of Newsweek - the insider source explained what the main reasons of PiS` loss are, according to J Kaczyński.

He mentioned the following mistakes of his party and himself:

1. Merkel as alleged Stasi agent scandal.
2. PiS` support for radical football fans.
3. Gazeta Polska`s dubious support for PiS.

=Ironside]- billions of monies from EU since 2007

If PO plays well, there will be next billions for Poland in the European budget.

=Ironside] billions of loans made by PO

Have those billions been wasted? Thrown into mud (wyrzucone w błoto?)? Stolen by PO politicians?

Come on. European sponsorship for various projects in Poland is usually 75%, the rest comes from the Polish side. Don`t you know that Poland is still so poor that it has to borrow this 15% in order to get a project running?

Now, face the reality - either you borrow the money and get a modernisation project, or give it up and are left with obsolete stuff which brings losses instead of profit.

What do you choose?

=Ironside]All that money create an illusion of economical stability in Poland.

Nope. The economic disturbances reached Poland long ago. I have already lost some income due to it. But it never came to my mind to blame it on PO. PiS wouldn`t do much better. Quite the opposite.

That is hilarious(:

you do understand that when they say prezes they mean Kaczynski, since Tusk is a premier.

The sad thing is that Kaczynksi probably actually believes it.

They do behave like swine, indeed.
Today one of them said that they are politically harrassed because what they know appalls Tusk and his team.
Are they exploiting the same old trick by PiS: I know but I won`t tell?
Don`t they realise that such policy caused PiS` loss in the elections?
boletus 30 | 1,361

Guys, let's be fair here: they both are willing to forgo the MP pay, but they want to keep their retirement pay, and both mandates: the retired prosecutor mandate and the member of parliament mandate. They obviously realized that they could not keep both sources of income, so they obviously stick to the higher pay - 12000 złoty/month. (A descent pay in Canada, but nothing extraordinary).

What's more important - if they were forced to quit as MPs, then this would be a bloody murder. PiS (Kaczyński) would never forgive them for that. I do not know who is next on the candidate list, but if there are no PiS candidates with the highest number of votes then PiS might lose those two seats. So, this is more a political issue than the one driven by greed.

As to the statement "we have knowledge that scares Tusk and his company", this seems to taken out of context. I do not remember the exact phrase, but it sounded like "professional knowledge, ability and will". I would not say that "I know but I won`t tell?" applies here.

Nevertheless, the story becomes more and more interesting since national Council of Prosecutors reversed its September decision and now supports both decisions: of Parliament Chancellory and of Prosecutor General. They justify the reversal saying that they did not want to mess with the election process in September, but now, after the election, they can correct their previous decision.

20 September prediction game results:

=pawian]
Mine:
PO - 34%
PiS - 29%
SLD - 12%
PSL- 7%

Ooops.

=Grzegorz_]PO - 31%
PiS - 32%
SLD - 13%
PSL- 8%

Oops.

=hague1cmaeron]
PO-45%
PIS-27%
SLD-14%
PSL-7%

Close.

=delphiandomine]As it stands?
PO - 39% (a slight slip due to the 'youth' not bothering to vote, unlike last time)
PiS - 32% (a strong showing, but no improvement on 2007)
SLD - 17% (very strong, I can see that the SLD are putting a lot of effort into the small cities this time round - and they have the 'alienated from PO' vote)
PSL - 6% (just enough)

Not bad.

=adnar]Predictions? Well...
PO - 39%
PiS - 31%
SLD - 15%
PSL - 9%

Not bad.

I'll send 500PLN to Rydzyk and wear a mohair beret for a month if you're right.

No need to wear a beret.

=gumishu]remember (and don't start twisting away now) - we're not saying of majority of votes or PiS getting into government here - just the simple mathematical construction that PiS wins more votes than any other party (counted seperately) - I'm sure you will love your beret - and I assure you that Polish pigs are fat enough not to be able to make it into the air ;)

Sorry, gumishu.

Motto of the week:
"[Tadeusz Cymański] succumbed to temptation: criticize Chairman of Law and Justice, and you will be praised on TVN24. This unfortunately is a temptation often chosen by politicians, but this is a way out of PiS. Following this road eliminates serious politicians" - Adam Hofman

I can only describe this interview Kaczynski had with Gazeta Polska as bizarre. Not in the way you might think at first, but based on some of the stuff he has said previously and what he says now, I can only question his mental stability. Judge for yourself:

The errors in the campaign PiS , " Polish daily Gazeta " and the Palikot Movement , which will be considered by the Law and Justice as " air pollution in the Parliament - says CEO Jaroslaw Kaczynski in an interview Wednesday's " Republic "

I'm concern about something entirely different.
When the current system in Poland backfire and crumble, people would vote PiS as there is no alternative for said party on the political scene.

There should be another party more radical not that mushy-washy center with bizarre leader. Sometimes he seems to be saying all that stuff to asure that his party would not get too much support.

=hague1cmaeron]I can only question his mental stability. Judge for yourself:

He admits that football fans support and Merkel scandal were mistakes. Quite sincere declaration!

Wasn`t it obvious from the beginning? Those controvercies continued for months (football) or days (Merkel). Despite wide critisism from various directions, the Saviour did nothing about them, quite the opposite, he even provoked bigger ferment. Now he regrets.

Hague, his mental stability is, indeed, questionable.

it is true what sb said about him: Kaczyński is the greatest enemy of PiS and himself.

=Ironside]When the current system in Poland backfire and crumble, people would vote PiS as there is no alternative for said party on the political scene.

No, they won`t. If the current system ever crumbles down (highly improbable but let`s play this prediction game), people won`t vote PiS which is considered a major system and establishment party. It doesn`t matter they have been the opposition for a few years- after all, they held power in the past and are smeared with the fact for ever.

Well it was, the fact that he hadn't seen it that way from the beginning is just reflective of his level of intelligence. However the paragraph that caught my attention was the one relating to Ewa Kopacz. This is what he said: 'To minister zdrowia, która mówiła nieprawdę w tak ważnej sprawie jak Smoleńsk.

He is sane. But he is blinded by his hatred to/for everybody who doesn`t agree with Him, the Saviour of Motherland. It overwhelms him completely, he is unable to control it, that is why he behaves like a looney.

Distrust:

This not about the accuracy of the comments per se, she was making the point that the crash area was badly looked after by the Russian side (with people stealing stuff from the victims etc.) , which was exactly what Kaczynski and his people were saying at the time as well others. So for him to attack her now for these comments, surely this is a clue to the guy's mental instability, or is it the early onset of Alzheimers?
