Hello Everyone - I have question regarding Apostille of documents, where we should apostille all documents? is this something we have to verified/apostille documents at E-Sanad (esanad.nic.in). I am referring (mea.gov.in/apostille.html) site to get the information on this process.

Could someone please assist me in this process who has done before, any help would be highly appreciated.
I have visa appointment date on 2017-11-06.

Hi-For National D type visa for dependents (wife and child), do I need to take a separate appointment or can they accompany me on the same date/time?

I have submitted my visa application today , they have given me a token number and ask me to check in website .

However is it token number or last 4 digit of passport will be there under visa decision status ?

Also. How many days it took after submission of visa application @ Mumbai

@thecodergeek Was there any formal interview kind of thing? After online decision update, you need to go there again to collect the passport?

No interview for work visa ..submit the documents , they will give token number which we need to check in website if its dere we need to go again to collect the passport .

Only thing my token number is of 2 digit however website having 4 digit numbers so i an thinking is it last 4 digit of passport ?

You have to take student visa. I got admitted as PhD student in Physics at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan and I am trying to book an appointment at the Mumbai consulate for the student visa. Did you get appointment date?

Today I called the consulate(phone +91 22 22852631) and asked about the appointment dates for student visa. They told me that the appointment dates for this season is now closed and appointment can be booked only by writing email to the consulate. They have also told me that if I have paid any fees to the university, get it refunded since the appointment for this season is closed. I told them that I have already written 4 emails to the consulate requesting appointment date and didn't get any reply

The joining date of university is Jan first..it won't open by even then?? Is there any other way?

I hope it will be open by January. My Joining date was actually 2nd October 2017 and I still dont have the visa appointment date

Isn't there other way.. Can't we request them give a slot or something?

I am also trying for student visa. Why are they not accepting applications?

You do not need to apostille any document for work visa. In case your wife and children are applying for dependent national visa you need to apostille marriage certificate and birth certificate.Apostille of educational documents is required only for national student visa.

Mumbai Consulate's decision status has been updated today. However, if I don't find my reference number does it mean my Visa is rejected?
