Life / Poland's National Anthem "Mazurek DÄ…browskiego" (download mp3) [49]

Just ask young people to tell you who Dabrowski and Czarnecki were, next time you are in your local shop. You are allowed to pick your age group. And see what you hear. I'm not making a big point, but it seems to me that "Boze cos Polske" would suit better. It contains a very apt, poetic and moving reference to God, and the melody is a altogether seems a better fit.

USA, Canada / Cigarettes reach nine dollars a pack in New York [82]

Smokers tend to be more sociable, and are easier to start a conversation with a stranger. I sense that the battle against smoking isn't about health only about how it alters attitudes. Studies of such matters are stricktly forbidded, but I notice that very few smokers are found among any street protesters, vigilanties or political hot heads. And, there is also the origin of tabocco smoking, among North American indians, where it predesposed tribesmen for peace, in smoking the so called "peace pipe.

Life / Poland's National Anthem "Mazurek DÄ…browskiego" (download mp3) [49]

Mazurek Dabrowskiego remains an unconvincing choice for the anthem. Music: the pace is too fast and mazurek's tempo somewhat undignifyingly jumpy. Most highschool leavers in Poland, as most ordinary citizens have no idea who Dabrowski was, and less still Czarnecki. And Bonapart was first beaten by Rusians and then by the British, so showing us "the way to victories" is a startling error.

News / What the Polish government do to bring back home Polish immigrants? [116]

The exodus of young talent is part of the prescribed program to 'neuter' every Catholic country. Not only Poland. Only the weak, less capable, less proud remain. Those are then recruited as foreign agents and spies, to manage the sheeple, making sure the quiet roll-back of Christian culture goes on unhindered. And the expats keep on sensing thadvantage and remain outisde.

Self help groups could help. But such grass roots initiatives are not part of the preordained 'social model' for Poland, and would require a blessing of a ' secret council'. And without being laced with an anti-church 'agenda' most likely wont get any funding.

A leaflet goes a long way. Say, you want to register a new car. In UK a leaflet ( i imagine) will tell you ALL you need to bring to complete registration. In Poland, some person will tell you that you need for example, an inspection. When you bring it, another person will tell you that your inspection has something missing in it, which the 1st petson forgot to tell you about. You come again, with the right inspection, to be told that you also need a proof of purchase. When you bring that, they will tell you that your proof of purchase is missing a date, or some PSEL number of the previous owner. And all this time no one in the car reg office thinks to take any responsibility that instead of one you have already made 4 visits, waiting your turn each time, sitting on a plastic chair in a long line. Rather than feel themselves responsible to give you full set of information, at the outset, they just shrug their shoulders and mutter among themselves, that you must be stupid not to know what's seems "obvious" to THEM. BTW, I had to visit that office 16 times! ( I counted), each time having yet something else missing, or not quite right. In the end, I sat on the doorstep and wepped like a child, feeling sorry for myself for beeing treated with so much contempt in my town of birth, through no fault of my own. Now I know why so much effort is going to extricate UK from EU. We are so different. People in EU had never thought to cultivate among themselves, the enjoyment to please another. Basically, you want something from me? You are scum already. This is so sad, and I wonder if could ever change.

I think I was misunderstood. Im not against RM or PIS at all. And not have strong feelings on politics. I just wish Polish system of authority was less Top-Down only. When I lived in UK I often wrote letters to my local MP and got numerous replies, addressing local issues. Here, in Poland, where I live in Kujawy its hard to figure out who IS my MP, they dont answer phones, and seem uninterested in any inputs from voters. Coming back to my leaflet for returning Poles,at border points, it could warn about: severe lack of public toilets ( compared to US at least), dreadful quality goods being sold everywhere; difficulties with returning goods which fail, or are already faulty; highly elaborate processes involved with connecting your home to basic amenities; endemic blame culture in all public institutions; government offices and facilities offering poor service level, issuing wrong advice, then think nothing of it when people suffer consequences, unwilling to deal properly with complaints. All these, plus many, many others are not visible from outside. And my point is why not tell people coming back from English speakung world, in advance, that their homeland, culturally is still a fairly feral, and savage country.

Well at least a leaflet at the point of entry to warn returning Poles of pitfalls they should watch out for. Legal advise beauro where they can get direction, tips and internet resources etc. wouldn't go amiss, if we were to act as a sociaty caring for one another. Having returned after 30 years I would have appreciated something. Instead, there is nought. No tangible representation of people who issue the calls to come back. They just piddle off into the mist, at 4:00 pm.

...and fend for themselves, right? Watching Studio Polska I have learned of a number of expats who having returned to Poland had their business ventures derailed, money stolen, or even fallen victim to dodgy court rulings, without anyone offering any support. How typical of Polish mentality to make so little effort to back up their words with an effort. Talk is cheap. When jews return to Israel they get huge welcome pack. But we Poles just want you to come back so we won't need to feel jealous, plus you can vote for us. But if the 'big bad wolf' eats you, or 'Comanches' steal your money, then listen, we are really sorry, but now we must go back to watching TV because Ojciec Tadeusz is on - (one fine specimen of domestic entertainment). If there is one eternal thread to Polish character, that I have seen the world over, it is our permanent disolution of responsibility for one another.

Law / Threatened with Firearms in Poland - any law regarding this? [4]

I am a UK dual national of 27 years, living in Poland since 2016. Yesterday 10/08/2019,at around 14:00 I called at my neighbours home. His wife opened the door. I introduced myself and politely asked if I could ask her husband a question about car traffic along our road. Her husband jumped out from behind, started to shout at me the usual Polish vulgarities, and then threatened to shoot me with his firearms. He then, yelling at me, declared his intent to cut down my side of the hedge, and ordered me to leave his yard. That he had a problem with my hedge had not been brought to me before. I reported the matter to Police, since. His name is J.S, and he is known at the Police, Only not sure what manner of acquaintance. On Monday I was asked to call again, to make an appointment to file a complaint. Does anyone know if Poland has laws against threatening citizens with firearms?

Life / Should I expect racism as a 'black' woman in Poland [149]

One thing is certain, any prejudice you come across in Poland will be an odd stare, or a smirk from a child. An easy attitude, humor and smile should clear the way. Much, much worse than this kind is the prejudice or harassment which is well funded, secret and armed with the omni present surveylance. From that one black foreigners are free.

The whole argument left- or right is passe. Socialism and capitalism are just two different business models, operated by the same money lords, and chosen to match average IQ and cultural development.

UK, Ireland / Why Poles will never belong in England [283]

What you are all missing here is that all in the UK, except for an odd fish 'n chip shop are controlled by Israelis. Israel attacking Poland is about attacking the only remaining reservoir of Christian character profile. My vantage point is not antisemitic only aiming to defend myself against those who attack me. Every political movement which the Israelis had funded, organised, and influenced since 1948, had always kept the Catholic church in the cross-hairs. Oh, no. Not openly, but indirectly. There is always a go-between. In Syria its Isis, in UK its Brexit. In Western Europe its LGBT etc. The secret fundings of Russian revolution, Hitler's war campain, EU etc. etc. were all orchestrated with the money from the same source. Surely it was not Helmut Kohl, or Mitteraind or Thatcher who had a Eureka moment to create EEC and tgen EU. They were just hired to do the microphone work. If you examine the results, those initiatives ended up eliminating or diminishing chances of any Catholic nation growing into a sizable power. Israel was very quick to forgive Germany but not Poland for what?!? WW2? It will seem less absurd once you acknowledge that it was them who funded it through their US snd UK banks. All other aspects, even the Hollocaust, or trade, come second. As far as Israel is concerned any religion is good so long as it does not show Jesus Christ on the cross.Their indigenous guilt trip. BTW what rrlugion is Venezuela? The Isreali driven, EU agenda, of "blending" European nations together, so no one has a claim on, or feels responsible for any place, and then "engineering" the so called arab spring in order to march Suni muslim army in plain clothes, on Europe, are all about stifling influence of Catholic religion, smoking the Roman Catholics out of house and home, and eventually the planet. Because Poland has been 99% Catholic, has a strong church, and a patriotic electorate, the Isrealies see it, as poised for growth of power and influence and thus an obstacle to their multicultie, dumbed down, techno-gulag master plan. By comparison, with a massive muslim population and Church of England dead in the water, the UK is a pushover. The plan for us Poles in UK is to keep us busy, distracted, away from adding to conservative electorate in Poland, and earning as little as possible. The real disposable income for a working Pole in the is not much. Poles in UK will never be seen working as bank, school or corporate manager. Even if they spoke queens English. Why? Such jobs are, and always have been only for Non-Catholics. Protestants, muslims, blacks, russians, are ok. But never Catholics.

Life / A Pole returning to Poland harassed by MSW [25]

Not entirely sure about the Serbian connection to my story. Still, you may recall that during communism all psychiatric hospitals tended to be rather full. Both in Poland and in Russia. In many cases when perestroika came, many patients turned out to be perfectly healthy people, who had been "placed" there for their own political "good". The point I want to make is this. If you have enough information and a few secrte minions yo stage your events, its very easy to make someone feel persecuted, without having to wait for any real psychotic symptoms.

Life / A Pole returning to Poland harassed by MSW [25]

I wonder if anyone has himself, or had any of their friends harrassed by secret anticatholic agents of MSW in Poland.

Wanted for people to become aware of the expanding project for law abiding Polish catholics who are harrassed daily by secret masonic agents of MSW. Methods they use are extremely subtle and often involve coordinating,.or staging Police interventions, sounding syrens, plane and helicopter fly-bys ( yes MSW have these in large numbers, supposedly for fighting crime) even acustic signals of train locomotives to make them sync with the movements or actions of profile targeted victims. This technique is a well known page from a book of psycho-warfare.

Often those who are involved in public service, or drivers who are asked to sound the signals, do not know why they are asked to do such inocuous things and feel cool about. Not knowing why their MSW mentors are asking them to perfirm such tasks. The cellular network electromagnetic radaring of peoples homes helps coordinate the timing.Once the victim discovers he has been targeted, finds there is no escape and after repeatedly being provoked in this way my lose his temper. Then any sign of protest or anger at the police or civil servants involved is quickly turned into their own offence and serves as a pretext to incarcerate them or have them thrown into a psychiatric hospital.

A similar psycho induction is perpetrated when police are heard purposly sounding syrens during interviews where "politially incorrect" or "dangerous" views are expressed. I am also a target of such acustic schooling,.I have noticed for a very long time, whenever I stop to chat with anyone while in town shopping,.a police van,.ambulance or even fire brigade suddenly has a reason to appear nearby with syrens blaring. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Work / Theft and racism at a workplace in Poland [3]

3 years back in Poland, I sometimes hear of things being stolen, but had not experienced it personally in that time. Untill last week when my fairly expesive silk scarf went missing whilst at work. After a lot of thought I have narrowed it to one day when a reasonably pleasant, albeit slightly nervous young Ukrainian lady sat close by to where I keep my backpack. She seemed nice. Maybe a little flustered if a girl cant be creepy. Am I risking my life joining any dots?! Or get over it, buy a new one?! Thoughts?

Life / Why do Polish people love to say "No" to anything you ask? [12]

Among many cultural discoveries made over the years is that it is in Poland where I hear "No" most often in answer to my questions. Especially when looking for an item in shops or trying to get any kind of service. It seems that in peoples mind the authority is best expressed in forbidding and contradicting anything you want and say. It is such a painful contrast with USA. I only need to call at a local shop to be told. "Do not stand there"; "Don't put your bag here"; " We do not package fish the way you would like"; or "We have the fish you want but we only sell it whole, so you cant have a small cut"; " What you want we only sell on Thursdays" and so on, for ever. The government offices are no different. What is curious is Poles do not see it as anything wrong nor appologise for it. Flexibility I look for has no word in Polish dictionary. After a while one gets used to it, but I remember my first few months I felt so beaten down by this, and overwhelmed by constant proddings of "No's"and "Dont's.

what you are saying is, if your marriage looks weak on your man's side, you should jump ahead and bust it up for him. That's ok. assuming that you two had married with the idea that one day either side will do that.

One big tip for all! Never,.absolutely never! marry anyone for other reason than love! Get it? LOVE... Engrave it on your mind, all you young people! If your marriage is to get you or the other a passport, your relationship is doomed!
