Partially stupid, partially convinced by banks which adverted CHF as very tempting option, since Poland was to adopt EUR in a year or two and exchange risk would decrease (CHF/EUR changes less than CHF/PLN). Government is also too blame, because they limited number of CHF credits too late.
Obviously, that block must have been lifted, however, i did not hear about that it was at any point.

Most of jobs in IT which pay this much are in small companies which work directly for American clients. Nokia is an outsourcing center and it's here in Poland in order to pay as little as possible.
I'd need to see a job spec but I don't think 200,000 is out of the question, if this is a technical role in IT.

200 000 PLN gross in Poland is very hard to get. People with PhD rarely work in their professions and even less earn a lot. Check how much earn people from your profession with MSc + as many years experience as your working years + your PhD time. Simply treat your PhD as experience from a good company, nothing more. As it's Nokia's outsourcing center you can count on 5000 - 15000 zł gross per month IMHO and you would have to be very lucky to reach the upper range.

But study in Poland will make only distance lower. In Europe there are only 2 English speaking countries: Ireland and UK (maybe Malta too, but it's tiny). So if you don't speak German or French you won't get internship there. And now Ireland has got crisis and competition for internships and graduate jobs is fierce there and UK is diploma factory for people from all around the world so the situation is similar. It's very unlikely that you will get into internship there if you study in Poland since British consider their universities superior to Polish. So it seems that you have forgotten that European Union is not United State and people speak different languages here.
You can start your business now too and there is no such thing as international degree.

In case you cannot get accepted into free master in Germany you will have to pay for 2 years only (and it's cheaper than in UK or USA). As Engineering graduate with MSc from the biggest European country with lowest unemployment and knowledge of it's language you will get a job there. I know few Indians who successfully did exactly that.

Plus i can even start my own entrepreneurship business or go for a job with an international degree and no debts obviously which will be a huge positive.

My dad is an engineering in the biggest steel plant of country and even my big brother did an engineering eventually ended up in a software company after studying mechanical engineering.

In IT it would be hard to explain why somebody has worked as English teacher instead in the profession locally or online. Not with the current job market. All my colleges from university who don't work in IT are either very bad at it or don't want to work in front of computer. Now big companies open branches even in 100 000 people cities in order to find affordable workforce.
Employers more often than not appreciate the fact that someone was able to adjust to their circumstances and did what they had to do to earn a living, even if they had to cut down a bit.

Studies for foreigners are free in Germany and perhaps some other countries, so if you cannot afford UK, then check Germany and perhaps think about some other specialty as DominicB has suggested. And 20 years old is not a problem. Problem may be, when you will realize graduating the law at the age of 24, that you cannot find any job and have to study something else again.

And here is the problem. If these people are badly payed - minimum salary, then foreigners speaking less fluent Polish cannot compete with them. Employer perhaps would employ foreigner if could pay less, but because of minimum salary cannot. I've heard that quite many Ukrainians work during summer season on Baltic Sea. And it happens mostly, because they agree to work illegally (so employers save on taxes) and often for more than 8h per day.

Employer perhaps would employ foreigner if could pay less, but because of minimum salary cannot. I've heard that quite many Ukrainians work during summer season on Baltic Sea. And it happens mostly, because they agree to work illegally (so employers save on taxes) and often for more than 8h per day.

You have to get permit from foreign university before new academic year starts. In practice it's nearly impossible. Foreign universities rarely agree for that, because program differences are usually very big. They're big inside of one country, but between countries even bigger. ECTS are mostly used for ERASMUS exchange students.

There is plenty IT jobs in £ódź. It's really surprising that he couldn't get any. I know that IT isn't just a programming, but for programmers there is currently 560 £ódź jobs adds less than 1 month old on this website:

I wouldnt employ the OP in the UK because of his poor command of English and bad development attitude. So its not surprising he couldnt get a job in one of Polands unemployment blackspots.

Roger, if you have ever used Polish trains you would know that except of few lines they go around 80km/h so 160 is big upgrade. The article says that 2nd stage of the renovation is to prepare for trains going 200km/h and that is enough to compete with car transport
