Not really, if you do want get it i will recommend from medicover or damian they both operate together and have best health services for 5200 pln a year and also cover overseas for 30k euro and they have doctors who speak english.

Infact when I was getting my permanent card they counted all the stamps of me exiting and entering to Poland or any other country.You can visit any country ib the EU and was not considered to be leaving Poland.

Personally I think driver habbits are changing since then in Poland and are becoming more rational.My guess as from 2000 very few licensed drivers were driving and were young and new on the streets with cars but things are changing very rapidly.I drive around 10k miles almost 16k km a year in since 2000 and find polish road drivers getting more sensible.lol then again i personally love overtaking a slow moving car and esp following a car with cb radio with a tall antenna:)

I think the mother countrys should do it instead.I was born in India studied in Australia,made carrier in the usa and now am moving to Poland go figure that.I still call India my motherland,USA my promise land,and Poland my Homeland.BTW I am dual citizen of Poland and the USA and OVERSEAS CITIZEN CITIZEN OF INDIA(OCI) and to get that Indian embassy made me resign my Indian citizenship to get that status, had a permanent residence of australlia(which I dont know if its valid still) but dont care about the down under.

Point is if they will inform you at the departure what will be the consequences.Atleast the flghts to the usa and to EU the airlines always inform the security and immigration of the arriving country.Usually they will let you know that you will not be allowed in and can travel at your own risk,I know this as a person who had overstayed in usa 5 years back got the visa but on warsaw airport was told that he wont be allowed in he still took the risk and was deported.I also met a couple jordanian man and american woman in copenhagen transit area where the jordanian man was not being allowed to board the flight for 3 days as the us ICE had refused him entry and airline wont fly him,and his american wife was staying with him in the transit area....I always wonder whatever happened to them.
