Hello, I'm going to go to Norway for 2-3 months, so I would need a 4wd car for this time. After that I going to sell this car. Is there any possibility to buy car in Poland, buy insurance for it and use it without registration? I know, that in some countries, like France or Germany is allowed to use car on transit plates (red plates with white letters) up to 6 months. Is there exist such possibility in Poland? How much would cost insurance for that car? (4wd 2006-2008 5000$-8000$)
Why dont you consider renting one?will be a bit expensive but less headache and worry free,I use to do that in eary 2000s and go to belarus,ukraine,russia etc but had to tell the company so they could give me a green card insurance to travel overseas.
