They do have quotas for International students but it depends on the University. kasiaasia, if you're going to a school in a large city with a large expat community there are probably not many openings and you'll be discouraged from applying but on some rural campuses the case may be different. Americans are ambivalent about affairs outside their immediate world. Most of don't even know that there is a civil war going on in Mexico. It's not just Poland, it's the entire world. Myth. In 1920-22 Poland was invaded by the Russian Bolsheviks and promptly kicked them out. If Poland was opposed to communism after the German occupation they would have done the same thing in 1946 like they did in 1922. The fact is, the Polish people embraced communism in the 1940's. The Poles lived under Polish communism not Russian communism.

Reason for the post: Why is Poland purchasing nat gas from the heavy handed Ruse-ski's after what they did to the Ukraine in what was it, 2008? Cutting off their gas supply. Looks like it's going to be a cold winter.

Better to start using what Poland has, coal and agriculture. Coal gasification plants and build anaerobic digesters from agricultural waste which would generate methane for your gas lines.
