NATO does not wish war with Serbia.

NATO does not wish for war at all and that is what Russians and their @rse lickers like the Serbs misunderstand.
If Russia pushed us to war, then Serbia would also be a target for NATO.
Be afraid, be very afraid and use what little influence Belgrade has on Moscow to reign the Russians in and save your little country.
