Yes, Hungary can be more beautiful than Slowakia in places, but as Jon says, both have their pros and cons.

It rather depends on what you are looking for.
In terms of countryside I think they are pretty even, but Slowakia might just edge it.
But for cities, Hungary wins bands down!
