Real Estate / Are the property prices in Poland too high? [19]
I still see they asking same or more price but again I look at prominent corner places with alcohol and gastronomy permits.Poles never sell at a cheaper price until they are choking financially to sell.
Go figure cold storage warehouses,they have seriously gone up and have a huge shortage lol I use to hate short term leases and now norms are changing and long term umowa dont make sense in this case.

Has been the crappiest tenant that has a whole department to squeeze landlords.So many for sale all over Poland currently.Here: ... .BTW those kind of non franchised stores if run right can net you over 3/400 k PLN net a year,and the inside info is that Rossman is downsizing big time so is Hebe.

The first instance is insane,unheard of but can happen in Poland.No tenant will rent until he still makes money there so whats the problem?can happen still though.
In second instance,it can happen as it depends on the location.I know first hand who sold a gas station with 10 year lease and the guy in 7th year gave it to his son and formed a new company and the landlord asked for 250k again.Station was closed for 2/3 months and tenant had to pay 250k and and the rent for 3 months for the closed time and that was in USA.In other words landlord of a prominent property can charge for the lease lol and its becoming very prevalent in Poland now also.
Also in some countries in Asia,Mcdonalds sometimes dont pay any rent to the mall owners and the owners charge rent to its neighbours.Similarly like products pay supermarkets for space to set up there displays.

I doubt that,as the permanent residence card is the basis for uninterrupted stay,I am not sure(I am pretty sure I was in almost same situation,I forgot) but he/she can check with an immigration attorney and not go for any consultancy services for proper advice.

I dont know about residential but to build a A grade commercial building costs around 2 k PLN per sq meter without land costs(That was in 2017)I suppose it has gone up a bit..I think residential cost can vary with what you want to put in.Lately I see lots of modular homes being built and sold in Poland which are cheap.lol I wonder if you can take Amish people who would build your house in weeks,but I doubt they will fly a plane to Poland.

Talk of trail,with gyms shut down,I everyday get up at 5 and walk/jog on this bike trail (capitaltocoasttrail.org/) by me and try to take that 7 lbs of weight I put on in Poland lockdown.
Yo,JR coloossal red king crab legs price is upto 66 a lb now,way more then last year.Seafood is good for health especially when combined with Belvedere Vodka.
Like now for me.

lol these so called PF intellects have lots of advice for every one here as they know it all but still working in there life to make ends meet teaching English coming from UK to Poland for cheap high life.They have no clue whatsoever about the reality of life and boasting about crap things like living in a 5 star hotel etc.There use to be a time here when mentioning English teachers or even cheap high life would get you suspended.Made me laugh when they would talk about stocks living on a teachers salary in Poland with family to feed and boasting about living in a expensive neighborhood in Warsaw lol.
Brits now in Poland have a bad reputation among Poles,who are more qualified and better of these economic migrants who cant make it in Uk and are trying to hustle in Poland.

Thx to Nj law,if a branch falls off in neighbors yard he is responsible,lol cpl weeks back it did in my case but he is out and bank owns it,so I was lucky with no argument and no damage to my fence so I just threw it back in that yard over the fence.Last week just found an attorney on contingency to sue the bank for the trees branches on my side to be trimmed that I would not do when my neighbor was there as courtesy for freaking 20 years.

NAH!I love my lawyers and courts in USA and in Poland as well.They make me more money legally.I can understand some people dont have patience and cant deal with courts and paying lawyers hurts them,but not for me.They have a legal system in place for disagreements so why not use it.I only use them when I feel I have 75% or more chance of winning and usually its a success.
I rather go to gym or long walks by the beach for fresh air and think of a new strategy:),rest about kids first they live far away and also I like them to be good in there fields then using some tools when they can afford to pay the professionals to do the job.
Yeah reminds me of 2 HELOC credit lines with interest only I have from a bank who by mistake gave me life long line of credit for 400k ,lol cpl years back they offered me 4k each to close it,but I refused except that I cant sell those properties now or I will loose the credit line.

In Poland the cheapest I could find for 5% surcharge from a Polish mint in Warsaw.I forgot to ask them if they would add VAT on top of it.I would never buy it in Poland.
