Not really. Military training with shooting practice was present in Polish schools decades ago, still in 1990s. Then they dropped it, probably due to lack of funds and to the false but very popular belief that Russia became civilised at last. So, we are sort of returning to old traditions. Nothing new. Still far from wide access to guns.

Two activities in music class mean students listen to various melodies or try to play them on instruments, mostly recorders aka mini flutes.
Two other activities are singing in a group or solo and dancing.


The elements of the curriculum are covered from 4 to 7 grade according to teacher`s choice. This means Czajkowski can be discussed either in grade 6 or 7.
