Ten criminal proceedings concluded in the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw during the United Right government have now been resumed. These are the first results of the query of cases that prosecutors dismissed or refused to initiate investigations before the change of government.
One of the ten proceedings that prosecutors will re-examine concerns suspicions of fraud in the European Parliament to service MPs' offices - it concerns Ryszard Czarnecki and Kosma Złotowski . In Czarnecki's case, it concerns PLN 91,000 , and Złotowski - over PLN 180,000 . This investigation was discontinued in January this year.
The second one is related to preventing the auditors of the Supreme Audit Office from conducting an audit procedure at PKN Orlen oil company and the foundation run by the concern . CUTrmf24.pl/fakty/polska/news-niewygodne-dla-pis-sledztwa-wracaja,nId,7655212#crp_state=1
