Law / The right to own guns: would you support such legislation in Poland? [2237]

I'd say no.

Well of course you do, you train with guns for your self-defense but you don't want anyone else to tote one..
We call that a "hypocrite".

Even their president doesn't agree with them.

What president is that, America presently doesn't have a president.

And you want to throw guns into the equation.

You know, the more I think about the uncultured mentality of the Hooligans, crazy drivers, psychotic off the rail women and the amount of public alcoholism in Poland, giving guns to these unstable people might not be such a good idea after all.

Life / Poles turn their backs on organised religion. [148]

So-called deaths of despair such as from suicide or alcohol abuse have been skyrocketing for middle-aged white Americans.
It's been blamed on various phenomenon, including opioid abuse.
But a new research paper finds a different culprit - declining religious practice.

why bang on about trans, sex ed and all?

Because these "alternate life styles" have taken away from the traditional man woman role that has worked so well throughout history.
All this perverted sick crap that our youth is being indoctrinated with has our children so confused that they don't even know what bathroom to use and think condoms are something you put on hotdogs to keep the flies off them.

Let Americans keep their guns

Damn right, especially us Hillbillies North the 45 parallel and South of the Mason Dixion line.
Goofy wouldn't support legislation in fear of what he reads about schoolteachers being shot by their abused students.

Life / How are electric cars doing in Poland? [413]

The EV fad is over.
Lawmakers in Wyoming filed a surprise resolution Friday that would ban the sale of electric vehicles (EVs) in the state, as a response to other states, including California, banning the sale of gas-powered vehicles.

The real surprise was all the support in favor of the resolution.
People have caught on that EV's are not cost effective and do more damage to the environment than a gas-powered car does.
I knew this was coming..

Meanwhile how they would hypothetically defend themselves with a knife wielding person high on drugs or drunk out of their mind.

I wonder if Paulina would use a gun, if she had one in her hand, on a rapist while he was raping her little sister ?

They are often public defenders.

These are the lawyers that can't get clients because they suck or are ordered by the court to take a court appointed case or two a year.

How confident would you feel with someone representing you like that on a murder charge?
We call them, "Public Pretenders."
They get their money for shuffling papers and that's it as in 'worthless'.
Meanwhile no one seems to be able to come up with how they would hypothetically defend themselves with a knife wielding person high on drugs or drunk out of their mind.

Life / Poland's birthrate on the decline [480]

t mothers are getting kids, the house and alimonies. So, why are you complaining if that's best for the kids?

Because after getting the house and the alimony they refuse to let the father have access to his children.
And by the grace of God the father does get court ordered time with his kids mommy bear cops an attitude and gets pis sed and decides to get creative and teaches the little kids to say that daddy touched them in a naughty spot.

If mommy touches the kid in a naughty spot that is o.k. but if daddy touches them in a naughty spot he goes to prison.

I guess you have never been to a get down dirty divorce court to see what is best for the kids.

Life / Poland's birthrate on the decline [480]

Women want the children, the house, half the man's savings, half his retirement, and alimony while keeping him from seeing his kids

And the courts grant such nonsense because the judge and politicians that support such bias stupidity want to keep their milk sopping jobs.
This is a prime example of how psychopathic creative women have so many more rights than loving husbands and fathers do.
Should it be of any surprise why men aren't as free with their seed as they once were before these barbaric bias laws ?

(try not to focus too much on me again lol).

Then you shouldn't have responded to my post #290 above to get it going again. lol
Besides I like being nice to you as it upsets Y.K.W. to think he is being left out again to the point he has another meltdown rant.

Majority decisions are not always the right way to address a problem.

We saw that happen in the U.S. when all the gun grabbers banged away (pun intended) that if the gun laws were relaxed that the U.S. would turn into the Wild West which turned out to be not true. In fact many areas the crime rate dropped.

The five Democratic cesspool big cities in the U.S.that are so poorly run gives the rest of the country a bad name.
Of course those five cities will be used for an example by the Liberals to speak for the whole country.
Poland will eventually relax it's gun laws as the Meth heads vicious crime starts to grow.

I simply felt unloved by my father.

This is used as a manipulation tactic because there are still so many women who will bend into a human pretzel to prove she is NOT a man hater.

rather mocking/sarcastic.

So you had a toxic and psychopathic childhood too ?
Just mocking and being sarcastic Pailina. hahaha :-/

It's too bad if your father was emotionally absent....

If you had any idea what he endured during WW2 you would understand why.
I am surprised I turned out as well as I did.
What is your excuse ?

Anyone saying otherwise is retarded or an extreme feminist.

Who ? Paulina an extreme feminist ? Really ?
What makes you think that ?

taking care of and raising their own kids isn't "natural" for fathers??

Not Polish fathers as their motto is that children should be seen but not heard.

Another shocking school shooting in the USA - this time it was a 6-year-old who badly injured his teacher in elementary school.

How many times has this happened in America ?
It's a first in my lifetime as far as I know.
Maybe instead of teaching six year olds how to have sex the teachers should be teaching them about gun safety.
That's how old I was when my grandfather taught me about gun safety and to shoot one.
I never pointed a gun at or shot anyone in the U.S. yet and I am almost 50 years old. :-)

@jon357
Your discourse is twisted and simply based on limited life experience and your own far left agenda.

I concur.
How can anyone voice their opinion in this thread without it being walk on IMMEDIATELY by the same person echoing the same exact words over and over and over to try to control the narrative with their shallow opinion to discredit all posts that bring light to this issue.

If this issue were to be put to a public vote in Poland (God forbid) it would answer this question clearly and put this Liberal propaganda to rest.

Read my post 1881 dumbhead.....

I did and nowhere have you answered my question which is: "What would you do to defend yourself against a knife wielding druggie higher than a kite ?"

Are you starting to feel like you wet your diaper because you have that look on your face right now.

I already answered that question in post 1881.

The hell you did.
You won't begin to touch because I got your ears pinned to the wall with it.
"What would you do to defend yourself against a knife wielding druggie higher than a kite ?"
And your answer is ?

I answered your question

The hell you did and don't forget what it was......
"What would you do to defend yourself against a knife wielding druggie higher than a kite ?"
I will even simplify it for you in a multiple choice
A. Let him stick you so he could watch you bleed out
B. You watch him rape your wife while he had the knife to her throat
C. Stand there like a coward wetting your pants

I have already answered your question,

The hell you have.
Try again.

57,3% think that more lax gun laws would decrease their sense of security - it would make them feel less safe.

I can understand that because that is the way it has been in Poland.
Here in the U.S. I grew up with hunting guns hanging on the walls and a loaded one by the front door.
So yes, I understand why Polish people would feel less secure than they do now.
Damn Paulina, you are a breath of fresh air in explaining who, what and why without condescending and diminishing remarks for the sake of argument............in this thread anyways. :-)

@Coleslaw
I didn't say you did. you keep saying that to avoid answering my question.
What I said was.......
No, you are still missing the point to avoid answering a very simple question presented to joun.
"What would you do to defend yourself against a knife wielding druggie higher than a kite ?"
And your answer to that question is ?

Thanks to PiS, bearing children has come to an end.

Is that what you read ?
I read it was because of the covid vaccine that was making women sterile. :-)
My personal opinion is that a few generations ago we needed a large family to survive.
Many hands make light work.
My personal opinion is that today with the technology of modern machinery large families are not necessary anymore.
Plus with all the new women's rights laws today, the women have become lazy compared to before we gave them the right to vote and say no to sex on demand.

What are the chances of a knife wielding junkie spending 6 zloty on tram fare to come to my quiet suburban street ?

What are the chances of needing a parachute when going up in an airplane ?
Most likely you will never need it but it sure is nice to have one if you do.

if it came to a confrontation then I would feel more confident with fists and kicks than I would firing a gun

Another one that thinks bringing his fist to a knife fight would be fair. oh ja ja !

I wouldn't be walking around town with a loaded gun on me - you can't even do that in lots of US cities

Half of the States in the U.S. allow you to carry a gun without a license.
