Did u get appointmnt sharp at 3 or later. In case my case, site went down at sharp 3. Opened at aprox 330 with dates moved

U got a response from embassy regarding the timings. Now, u want to know whether you are allowed to submit the form in Mumbai or not? is this ur concern?

Yes, that is exactly my concern. As per my understanding, once you book a slot and submit the form online, you will receive an automated mail from the ekonsulat about the date and timings of your appointment.

yes, that's true should be an acknowledgment mail from ekonsulat. Even if the mail did not come but the timings will be highlighted in the form after hitting print. U can try this to know whether timings real:

If you are trying for Mumbai consulate mail to mumbaj.kg.info@msz.gov.pl with the subject line "visa application form print out". In mail body mention "Date of appointment ", "Name as in Passport" and "Passport Number". Within 2-3 days they will send you the form in PDF format. Then you would be able to verify if the appointment is genuine.

In the automated mail that I received from the ekonsulat, form was already in the attachment with a bar code at the end of the document

I already sent them a mail asking for the documents to be brought to prove that I stay in Mumbai consular region that is Pune since my passport has originally been from delhi so that is why I mailed them but got no response.

Yes, tried a number of times yesterday and day before that, either it was busy or nobody picked up.
One time someone picked up I thought but nobody spoke.

Also, I sent them two mail reminders already but got no response so far.

I read somewhere in different posts where ppl having Delhi passport appeared in Mumbai embassy with residence proof.

As per my understanding, because I have already been to Poland in Schengen visa they took only address Proof provided by the company HR, but u should carry rental agreement, bank statement stamped too.

Seriously, the interview is just like a joke. I currently in Germany under a work permit and believe me i carried so many documents with me but at end they took only 25%

1 - How much time it took for you to get the work permit? (mine came after 5.5 months)
2 - There is nothing as such stated in my work permit to travel before any specific date. Only validity is there. Is there any date before which you have to reach poland?

3 - I have just received the soft copy, how much time does it take to get the hard copy? and how it comes?

I am not able to book appointment in delhi trying since 2 months.

Now since the work permit has been issued the count down starts to get it ASAP. need to travel before 3months.

You can try if that works or not. One of my friend tried it and the website gave an error.

I work in Pune and my passport is also from Delhi and I applied for Mumbai and got the appointment for 17th.
You can also try for that, you just need to get a letter from your current company that you are based out of Pune and address proof on the company letter pad.

That way you will be eligible to apply from Pune. Every Monday check for slots on the website at 10 am.

I discussed this with my future employer to go for appointment in Mumbai embassy, he's insisting to go for Delhi only as that's the way they do this and it's not possible to go to any other consulate, he said.

Its very difficult to get an appointment for delhi as the website hangs up and you wont be able to even go the page.I have got the appointment on 17th Oct at Mumbai consulate.

Yes, you need originals for each and everything, you will submit the xerox to them but you should have the original one. Even I have not received mine but I booked the slot. But if I don't receive the permit by then I will have to cancel the appointment.

I see. It's been how many days when the permit was issued? Because as per my knowledge the hard copy should reach in 10-15 days.

In my case i haven't even received the proper soft copy. They just sent me one snapshot of it. Which has made me skeptical about the whole process itself.

Don't know whether i am wasting my time with this or should look for other opportunities or stick with this.

If your company sends you the permit through DHL, it will not take more than 7-10 days.

They're saying like the soft copy can also do the job. But i am not sure as i have read in other threads that hard copy is required.

I am skeptical because it's been 6 months since i am waiting for this and have reached till work permit that too haven't received properly. Just a snapshot of it on whatsapp.

It's time to switch the company now and i don't know how long it'll take as visa appointment is another pain.

Don't know why these companies are hiring international candidates when they have this type of immigration arrangements.

There is a high chance of getting nothing in the end after wasting a year in waiting. As travel has to be done within 3 months of permit issued. So count down has already started. If it doesn't happen it'll take another couple of month to get it extended. and then again the visa and all.

I think soft copy will do the job, even I don't expect the hard copy to reach me before my appointment, so I will be taking the photocopy with me.

Secondly, I guess your future employer has nothing to do with the visa appointment, it is totally up to you how you manage to grab the appointment.

If you work in Pune, then you should try to get the appointment for Mumbai, getting visa appointment in delhi is next to impossible since the site hangs up between 3-4 on the slot days.

No. No one can help you, and anyone who says they can is a scammer.

You should check on Monday morning at 10 am and keep trying till 10:30 am. They open slot anytime between 10-10:30 am every monday.
