Corned beef & Cabbage are typically Irish?

There used to be Mackeson's in Yorkshire. Bottles only.

I'm not a fan of cooking with any sort of beer although it can work well in a cheese sauce instead of milk.

This weekend I am trying out my late Polish grandmother's corned beef recipe from the old country.
I just found it.
I will make some Haluski and add some corned beef to it.
That is the way Babcia use to make it.

Every Pub is Irish in beautiful N. Michigan before the Chitcago city trash tourists start showing up.
