Racism in Poland - the future

If the future mirrors the past then we all end up being ourselves forever.

To awake as a child on a new day with the expectation of something never yet seen nor yet expected to see the raidiance in that childs eyes, we must forget the past and move to this future ourselves.

Good point and I came its iteration (but don't remember the source):

history teaches us that history teaches us nothing.

Even the teachers learned from their own pupils that is how they could understand the meaning of teaching and learning. For if none of us grows and follows even the example of the lowly mushroom living in the wood first without the light and then becoming such a sweet delight. We cannot lift our hearts to fulness to the flavour of true goodness.

If you can read my previous post, you'll see that I'm in the NY area. I was raised in an all Jewish town and have Jewish family members. You don't know me. You're the one who's a fake. Why don't you bow your head in shame and go away now?

ok U so you are not a nazi good for you. I just hate antisemetic people thats all.

As a younger generation of Poles, we do not have problems with Jews or other nationalities. We did not live through the war and had not have negative contacts with the Jews.

It is the older generations who still remember the hardships of war and how people were seperated according to race. Nowadays we could care less if someone's Jewish or not.

It is the Jews that bring forth their attention.

A lot of Polish people are racist. The good news is that racism of the kind which is more unpleasant than just being stared at gets more and more common as the towns get more and more unpleasant in general. For example, Slupsk has a serious problem with racism (as I know from personal experience) but the town is such a ******** that you wouldn't want to go anywhere near it anyway!

Polish Racism??

Okay so I know racism in Poland is one of the most common subjects on this site. But what I have not seen is WHY are Polish people so racist to blacks??? I am in no way implying that all Poles are even a tad racist but it is no secret that unfortunately a lot of Poles are racist. But why??? I understand nationalism and Poles not wanting maybe Ukranians or Czechs etc. moving into Poland. Or maybe even not liking Germans or Russians for past political issues. But is there even 1% of blacks in Poland??? Most Poles have never even seen one in their life and probably never will. They have no affect on Poles and I don't understand why they are so hated when they pose no threat to Poland or it's people. I really don't get how futball fans are so racist towards their own players that are black!! Soo.. if any one can answer legitamitaley or give their reasoning or excuse please do because I am so lost and confused with this subject that it is not even funny.

Most Poles are schovenists :)
Rascism isn't much the deal really as through commie times USA was portraited as full with Blacks and having peple descriminate them and etc. More about the origins of "blacks" I think

Give it ten or twenty years and Poland will have vast throngs of foreigners landing on her soil. You will hear the usual guff on how you need mass immigration "to help pay the pensions", "due to your low birth rate", or "the foreigners do the jobs the Poles are too lazy to do".

Asian countries for the asians.
African countries for the africans.
Arab countries for the arabs.
Europe, America, Australia and Canada for everyone.

If one "understands" such nationalism, multiply this by a factor of greater than one and perhaps this will provide an "understanding" of the alleged "racism" of Polaks concerning Negroes. Humans tend to be tribal. They tend to associate with those having similar designated attributes. Hence the tribalism which predominates on this planet.

... But is there even 1% of blacks in Poland??? Most Poles have never even seen one in their life and probably never will. They have no affect on Poles and I don't understand why they are so hated when they pose no threat to Poland or it's people ...

Polaks do have access to the news media and Polaks also have access to libraries. The Negroes, even from a distant, superficial vantage point, appear so very different to the Polaks. Hence the tribalism mechanism kicks in. From such a point of view the difference(s) are much more pronounced and severe than those associated with the neighboring Slavs or the Aryans to the west.

... I really don't get how futball fans are so racist towards their own players that are black!!

Consider the absurd attitudes and behavior of many football fans towards fans and players from the opposing teams. What is the nature of this superficial, belligerent, savage madness? Observe how these creatures behave over something as trivial as a silly game. Then fuel the fire by including other nationalities, ethnicities, and races in the mix, and these diabolical louts go absolutely bananas. All this over a trivial game.

Yeah listen to the big expert on racism here.

A guy who calls himself "PolishNutJob" aka "Beezelbub". LOL

You like throwing around words like "Negroes" and "Polaks" will you throw around the word "Kike" about your Jews?

Yes the Poles are so terrible that's why you just LOVED living in Poland for such a long time. Just like that other Poland-Hater who the Anti-Polish New York Times loves to quote, the Poland-Hater Rabbi Schudrich.

You, just like Rabbi Schudrich, are always putting a microscope on all of Poland's alleged flaws, saying how terrible the country is but you guys never explain why you Poland-Haters love living in Poland for such a long time. It must be all of Poland's bad qualities which makes you guys love living in Poland for so long LOL

I wouldn't be surprised if you work for the Anti-Polish New York Times. Your Anti-Polish Bigotry is the same Anti-Polish Bigotry that drips out of the pages of the New York Times.

What about the Poles who are disabled, thus unable to work and pay taxes. What nationality are they? Do you consider yourself, a tax payer, to be Polish?

What about the 20 year old who just finished college and runs the local community centre, hes on benefits as his city is an unemplyment blackspot, are you more Polish than him?
