The right to own guns: would you support such legislation in Poland?

Rich, you're being idiotic. You're using extreme examples which are so far fetched, they truly beggar comment.
The threat of harm to any would be intruders is usually more than enough to frighten them away.

You merely believe that somehow guns make you a manLOL

How do you know how the next drugged-up moron will react to anything?
How would he know I have a gun in my hand when the lights are off as they should be?
Are you a moron who would actually turn the lights on for him to see that you are armed?

Guns are for extreme situations. Those are rare but dire in consequences.

Last question...Why am I wasting time on a ball-less Jewish pacifist who can only kneel and beg for his life?

People like you are parasites who benefit from the risks people with guns created for the home-invading scum. If you posted "Gun-free zone here" on your front door, take a picture and post it here.

If you don't have such a sign or a gun, you disgust me as a parasite riding on the backs of others who hate kneeling and begging.

@Novichok

If I lived in the USA I would want a gun.
Living in Europe, I don't need one.
Doesn't that make it clear to you?

Read what one of your own posted cpl days before:

In Poland there should be a least one long gun, per hausehold

Make up your fu.cking mind, guess thats what happens when you sell carpets door to door and your wife keeps someones pic in her purse lol:))

Living in Europe, I don't need one.

If I lived in Europe I would not want a gun, either.

Regardless of crime stats, a government should never have the authority to deny anyone the right and the means of self-defense at home.

Now the question is: What are those means?

Infact it depends where is Europe, lol some ghetto no go zones in London or other cities you might have to consider a Bazooka.

Go zones are not Europe anymore - just as half of Chicago is not America.
But I get your point..

Pawian, since your English comprehension sucks, here is a recap:

I don't give a fu*ck about 100 dead kids because the US ruling mafia doesn't give a fu*ck how many Americans die from:

1. Open borders and drugs
2. Drunk drivers
3. Black thugs
4. Foreign wars
5. Abortions
6. Leftist scum not protecting American schools.

...all of them preventable to a degree that would matter. My stolen AR would be like taking a pis* in Niagara Falls and calling it a smelly sewer.
That was a metaphor for "insignificant".

Like 20,000 in Katyn vs. 50,000,000 in the whole bloody war.

How did you like my American metaphor?

I never said I wouldn't mind. Most likely, I said: I don't give a fu*ck

It is the same message, only different words.

23 Sep 2023 #2,230
OK, do you give a damn about crime victims? Do you have any knives at home? How about rope?

Bad, mean pawian...shame on you...

It was very wise of you, btw, not to ask me to elaborate on any of the six items listed above. Smart pawian...

not to ask me to elaborate on any of the six items listed above.

Sorry, I didn`t even read them coz I noticed Katyn at the end and knew it was all crap. Sorry but my time is limited - when I know for certain sth is crap, I don`t waste time.

Smart pawian...

Not so much coz you say one thing first and then another completely different and I don`t know what to think about it.

It is the same message, only different words.

Exactly. Not giving a fvck.

1 in 5 Americans know someone or has. family member who has been injured by guns. We don't want this in Europe.

You are lying. Katyn was at the end and in normal font.

Not so much coz you say one thing first and then another completely different

Even one sentence can be both smart and stupid. Would you like a sample?

You are lying. Katyn was at the end and in normal font.

No, I wasn`t lying. I never do in the forum. What for? I am above it coz I have my dignity.
Remember, I am not a native speaker of English. It is easy for me to scroll down an English text without reading and understanding it coz I am able to switch my cognitive powers on and off at will when it comes to a foreign language . But when there is a word which connotes Polish matters, I spot it immediately and effortlessly That was the case with your post - I only glanced at it and Katyn caught my eye instantly.

And I have learnt from first hand experience that whenever you include Katyn, it is a crap post. Simple.

So, what was the content above Katyn about exactly??? :):):)

Exactly. Have you stopped battering your wife yet???

Just a simple answer - yes or no.

USA has 120,5 guns per 100 people. And Poland has 2,5 per 100. Question is, in which country would you feel safer?

Question is, in which country would you feel safer?

This.

It's weird that this thread is crawling with Seppos who want Poland and other safe countries to copy their own mistakes.

Almost as if they're saying that since they can't manage to have a country where people are safe from gun violence, then other countries shouldn't either.

Well, even chimpanzees develop Alzheimer's.

Two top activities to postpone are lifting weights and arguing to keep adrenaline flowing...Mellow and nice is how you get that sh*it.
That's why I shoot human silhouettes, not circles.

they can't manage to have a country where people are safe from gun violence

That said, Czechia and Lithuania seems to have relative lax gun legislation and aren't violent.
Lithuania has 13,6 guns per 100 people, Czech Republic 12,5 per 100. Even if law is more lax, people in Europe simply don't feel a need to accumulate weapons.

Czechia and Lithuania seems to have relative lax gun legislation and aren't violent.

True, however they don't have a gun 'culture' or a manufacture/sales industry with aggressive lobbyists. They also have small populations and are relatively rural.

Even if law is more lax, people in Europe simply don't feel a need to accumulate weapons.

Quite, and we are all safer for that.
Novichok 4 | 8,224

Question is, in which country would you feel safer?

Poland. Now what? What's the conclusion?

For now, while you are thinking, here is my suggestion...Walk down the street and ask random strangers where they would rather live. Don't forget to mention the stats below.

Quoting from:

papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=4325838#maincontent

In 2020, 52% of counties (with 10% of the population) had no murders. 68% of counties have no more than one murder and about 18% of the population.

...where everybody is armed and life is as peaceful as it can be. Even more so than in Warsaw, Poland.

I left Poland with 14 bucks. Now I am depressed because I know my money will outlive me and I am clueless about what to buy next that won't kill me or others. That excludes planes, boats, and motorcycles.

I do have three guns - all loaded. If I had three garages, I would have a Corvette in addition to my two Lexuses. Not really a big deal but still feels good. Last time I was paying off a loan was in 1993.

What is in your wallet, Mr. Safer?

One more thing...In the unlikely event of your home being invaded, what is your course of action?
jon357 74 | 22,172

In the unlikely event of your home being invaded

A Seppo concept invented by gun manufacturers and repeated by gun enthusiasts.

14 bucks. Now I am depressed because I know my money

Last time I was paying off a loan was in 1993

Hard to know how his personal finances relate to the dislike of guns in civilised countries.

And Europe is the most affluent part of the world anyway.

Walk down the street and ask random strangers where they would rather live.

Well, people are stupid. Either you can make it where you are or you can't. If not, then don't look for happiness in distant lands. Because it will be similar there, only more foreign.

where everybody is armed and life is as peaceful as it can be

There is this tiny issue of school shootings, that is usually done not with some illegal gang weapons...

Bad credit huh? Or just independently wealthy like everyone else on PF...lol

And Europe is the most affluent part of the world anyway.

Most of it is a muzzie hellhole, just like Paris and Londionstan. You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig.

Nice bragging. :):):

No. I am not rich enough to buy things I need a loan for. Or a car that is not a Lexus.

There is this tiny issue of school shootings,

...an issue that is allowed to fester to convince the voters that the 2nd Amendment is evil.
In that sense, schools are deliberately or by criminal negligence made into targets by setting up those idiotic "gun-free" zones and not copying after Israelis.

Just as with those cockpit doors, the US is a crisis-management, reactive leftist sh*ithole.

If we can protect Europe and now Ukraine, we can protect our schools. We don't because we don't want to. My AR-15 doesn't matter, one way or the other.

My bet: each and every school could easily get a dozen volunteers with ARs to protect it from the nuts. We are not allowed.

BTW, I don't own one. Just saying...
pawian 224 | 24,608
24 Sep 2023 #2,249
Bad credit huh?

Nope, I never applied for one coz I live a simple life in the bosom of nature. Baboons are lucky creatures. :):):)

My bet: each and every school could easily get a dozen volunteers with ARs to protect it from the nuts. We are not allowed.

Who can guarantee that one of those volunteers doesn`t go mentally awry and doesn`t start massacring students???? Various sickos will volunteer to be guards in those schools..... How about you? You hate nigaz, muzzies, latinos, immigrants, LGBT etc. If you see one in school, you will try to remove them in accordance with your beliefs.

Who can guarantee that one of those volunteers doesn`t go mentally awry and doesn`t start massacring students????

The other 11 would take him out in seconds.
Your goofy logic applies to every cop in the US. Therefore what? No cops? Are you a real leftist nut or just trying to annoy me?

you will try to remove them in accordance with your beliefs.

Put your predictive talent to better use. The stock market opens very soon...
How did you manage to crawl into my head?

You got me exhausted so it's time to go for a walk and to the gym...
