Try on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday at 8.30 am to 10.00 am and also try after 4 pm to 8 pm on the same days!
It will be better to check it regularly through out the day for these three days! Doing this I hope you can get an appointment.

In my work visa application form there needs a correction in the field 'Intended date of arrival' because my joining date has been postponed due to late appointment at Mumbai consulate.

How can I correct the arrival date in my application form?

@suhasnadgouda
You can correct it manually in the form. There is no need to fill another form. They clearly mention this thing on the consulate website.

"If you have submitted an application form and noticed some mistakes on the printout, please correct them manually and confirm the corrections with a signature next to it. There is no need to make a new application."

Thanks

Thank you @Mayur21. Any idea if the token numbers are in sequential order? I can see the numbers on the website that are after mine in order.

@ari_bits
Tokens are in sequence but visa decision making is not depending on individual case and other factors. Especially if multiple applications from same family it takes slightly longer.

Hey,

I have a appointment at Mumbai consulate on Dec 4th. I'm confused about the visa fee as to where and when I have to pay it. I will be reaching Mumbai from Hyderabad on Sunday. Where and how I should submit the visa fee and any bank will give me a DD in favor of Consulate General of the Republic of Poland

Also, I have seen everyone commenting that they have collected it their passport. As I will be travelling back to Hyderabad, once my visa is processed, Do I have to collect it again from Embassy or will they mail it to me?

Thank you.

@KnightHawk

Hi,

I'm from Chennai and I also have visa appointment in Mumbai consulate on Dec 4th.

You can find all information including the fees in here:
mumbaj.msz.gov.pl/en/consular_information/visa/mumbaj_in_k_35

It says:

"All visa fees should be paid at the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (address: 75, Rehmet Manzil, Veer Nariman Road, Churchgate, Mumbai-400020) by cash or by demand draft in favour of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai. The payment should be made prior to the submission of the visa application at the Consulate. You may deposit your payment at the ADCB's counter from Monday till Friday between 10.30 and 16.00 (except bank holidays)"

They won't mail it to you. You have to collect it personally or appoint someone officially who can collect it on your behalf and so the person can send you.

Cheers!

Hey,

I have called up the embassy to ask the same queries, the lady asked me to visit the bank and deposit cash/DD and then visit the embassy for the appointment. She also mentioned she will let me in if I will come before 1 p.m. I have my appointment at 10:20 and bank opens at 10:30. So, she told me she will let me in until 1 p.m.

Which city are you travelling to? is it a work visa?

@KnightHawk

So you don't have to worry about time.

I was a student there. I'm going back on schengen tourist visa to visit my friends for few days.

Everyday I check the website from 9am and keep checking it every hour. I saw the slots Dec 4,5,6,7,8 for one week they were available. Strange how you didn't find it. Try checking it everyday at 9am. They mostly open the slots on Wednesday AFAIK, if you are lucky, some cancelled appointments will be available for you. Good luck

Hey all,

Do I have to submit all the original documents to the embassy at the time of appointment? When will I get all the original documents that was submitted like work permit and contract ? I would need them as I have to submit it again for my wife appointment. Can anyone direct me when and how I suppose to get all the submitted original documents?
OP Abhian  1 | 29

@KnightHawk
You do not need to submit any original document. You just need to show original work permit and apostiled documents at time of applying.
Best.

Hey just a quick question..

I have seen in other threads, someone saying for work visa all these documents are needed, work permit, offer letter, insurance and covering letter from the company to the Consulate.

I do not have a offer letter from the company. I just have a Letter of intent(Contract) and Work Permit with the stamp.

Also as my work permit is a type A, HR from my company said the work permit itself covers my insurance for 2 weeks and as soon as I start the job in Poland, I will have the private insurance covered by the company. Please correct me if the info is wrong.

So, do I have to get the insurance again, and what about the flight reservation. How do you manage to get the reservation without actually paying for the ticket?
ImHarrykrish  4 | 12

@KnightHawk

Not sure about the offer letter part. But you must have an insurance or some proof about it, to show during your visa interview. Better check it out.

About the flight reservation, there are some websites which don't charge for the reservation but it could be fake.
But the normal reservation costs only around 10% of the original ticket fare.

@ImHarrykrish

I have contacted few airlines and agencies and they all replied saying they cant provide a itinerary without completely booking the ticket with money. But i have got a itinerary from some agency but he says, within a day this ticket will be cancelled by the airlines and If in anycase embassy cross checks for the PNR number, it wont be shown.

My question is..for work visa, does the embassy cross check if the ticket reservation is valid at that point or not?
