Life / Polish stereotypes of other nationalities!? [472]
I've mentioned in other threads before, there are stereotypes that are considered positive ones, such as Asian students being intelligent. In college I usually tried to pair up with Asian students for various group classroom projects. It was kind of like a guaranteed letter grade 'A' for my project.
I've also found other stereotypes sometimes have a kernel of truth. Such as Middle Eastern men being women chasers. Last time I dined at a Middle Eastern restaurant, I practically needed a bodyguard!

These tactics enable companies to save bundles of money, by depriving numerous employees very needed necessities of life, such as health care and retirement benefits.

I was watching a legends of jazz program on television yesterday. The drummer in an orchestra was Polish-American, named Gene Krupa. Boy did he do a fantastic job of hitting those drums.

On Interstate 10 in Arizona there's no need for cops to hide. There's already plenty of speed enforcement cameras, issuing people speeding tickets galore. Some travelers have experienced misfortune, by receiving 2 tickets, within the course of one roadtrip.
I had driven there this past weekend. I made damn sure I didn't have a lead foot while driving.
when cops have nothing to do, they hide around the stop sign intersections and gather revenue for the town.

Sometimes it seems like a nice idea, keeping the race somewhat pure. It enables Poles to pass down Polish customs and values from generation to generation.
