After the thread of how to please Polish men, I am curious on how to please Polish women. Since they are women and most women are very hard to please, I would like to know :)

A credit card with a high limit?

Not quite.

Sometimes the simplest things may be the most appreciated. I love receiving a real, hand-written greeting card, as opposed to a damn e-card.

I also enjoy nice gestures such as back and foot massages, bubble baths with flower petals and lighted aromatic candles.

My ex-boyfriend would prepare cozy dinners for just the two of us and bake cookies for me.

What kind? Do you have a recipe?

He would bake semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies for me. The Toll House recipe is right on the chip package.

Are you planning on baking some for the Mrs?

In all seriousness, it's not a difficult thing in my opinion. My girlfriend appreciates a few nice/simple compliments, a good bottle of wine on the sofa and a movie, cooking a nice meal, chilling out, having a laugh etc.

Of course there is more to it than that, but the small/important things are some of the foundations/building blocks of a good relationship and they count for a lot in my opinion.

Plus the elephant impression, women love the elephant impression ;) LOL

She doesn't have a sweet tooth, but I do :-)

It would probably please the Mrs. if I didn't bake so much!

Hm, to put it in a more vulgar way: I read somewhere that a Polish girl falls in love with you the moment you have sex with her. Is this true?

Some part must be true as all the Polish chickadees I ever slept with, kept calling and texting me the days following. They would stop doing it once they noticed that I didn't reply or didn't answer the phone. Or made it clear that it was a one-off.

M-G (is not an *sshole like that, but one doesn't always want a relationship after a one night stand, you know)

How to please Polish women?

In high school I had a Human Relations class. I recall, the teacher had asked the students what we all seek in finding a mate. My reply was, the guy has to be cute, drive a nice car and like to dance. I'm glad to say, my preference in dating criteria is mighty different nowadays.

A nice pile of ironing to do, some pots to wash and something to moan about should keep any women sweet.

Well, I'll put off that rude comment you made about Greek people on the stereotype forum and help you. To show you that I'm not greedy or rude.

So then, let me help you.

Be affectionate, Polish girls are well brought up and want a truly dedicated lover, they don't want someone looking off beyond her or going to places without her a lot. Do as Aristotle once said, "To be true lovers, is to be two bodies with one soul." Hold her hand whenever you can, be sentimental with your words, used cute/romantic/and funny diction with your wording (not to the point where it's weird and you become a different person, however to the extent to which your not some cold blatant speaker/lover). Cuddle, (put your arm around her). Make her 'one', not your own. Never make here feel like a possession, she is your PARTNER, memorize that, never in your relationship shall one be more superior to the other. Respect her being- hold doors for her, pull out a chair, walk her across the street, walk WITH her, never leaving her alone (being front or back). Look into her eyes alot, and DON'T check out other girls, remember she's your one and only true love, it's her in the room, not the others.

Buy her things (mind you Polish girls aren't materialized), so again be affectionate in buying her things, maybe some jewelry on the anniversary of first meeting or her birthday(remember dates!!!)- oh and never forget her names day (in Poland it is sometimes considered more important than a birthday), buy her flowers (colors of the Polish flag, half red and half white roses). Being that, it's not the price, but the thought that counts. So be creative with what you give her, write her a poem, a short story (maybe in Polish, or Polish style)-buy some Polish literature as reference; you know what I mean, or make her a card.

Agree with her, but don't be a copy cat. For example, practice her religion maybe, her interests, abilities, copings definitely. Engage in her interest with truth, talk about that book shes reading or that movie she saw last week. Also give her personal space, don't be around her all the time or stalk her (she has friends and family too, and a personal life), again you are not more superior, you are partners. Your trust in each other is one of the most important if not most important virtues of your relationship. Also don't be all "manly" and a stuck up *******, girls don't like that, try being sensitive and emotional too (but too much of that, or anything for that matter can cause more bad than it does good.)

There's much more I can think of but don't have the time. If you really want to learn polish or the basics buy Rossetta Stone, it's amazing for language teaching and they have it in Polish. It's a software with simply teaches you the basic Polish language (it's rated #1). If not learn little things, like how to say I love you (Kocham Wie) or Good day (Dobry Dzien), or make a Polish nickname for her such as 'little flower', or 'little angel' (but don't over use it, and try to call her the nickname in Polish).

Anyway, this isn't a list of orders, but rather adaptations or recommendations. Don't take them all too serious or senile, but rather consider them. Remember, true love is a powerful force: any philosopher, great thinker, even some scientists throughout our time can tell you this. I hope for you to achieve metaphysicality, aesthetics, stoicism, and emotion in your relationship--in other words to achieve true love. Best of luck to you, good friend ^_^.

ps. Sorry this essay of mine has typos and bad grammar, I typed it up too fast.

Did it hurt that much? It's just my experience. Not saying that this is everyone's experience. Although more than one female friends of mine can tell you also a thing or two about Greek men ;)

Polish girls are well brought up

Exceptions do the rule. Some are plain slutty. Anyone can confirm that.

That's what I would like to say about my postings on the stereotypes thread as well. Don't take it too seriously. Just because I had some bad experiences with some Greek guys, doesn't say that they are all like that. It's entertainment. that's all it is, my good man.

Edit: I'm not interested in a Polish girl at the moment. I have a German one right now.

I don't believe anything that is said here. Everyone here has had bad experiences with polish girls/women. I have had all positive experiences. I simply don't see them out for either money or sex. Girls just want to have fun!

Maybe it depends on the age group. I have been involved only with girls in my age group, so young 20's who are students. Maybe they're less money-sex oriented than those who work. Age could explain many things.

i'm sorry but i just can't help it... if Polish girl wanted to hear cute phrases in Polish i guess she'd rather date Polish guy. of course it can be sweet if you learn something in Polish but i assure you, sweet in a funny way at least at the beginning until you learn how to pronounce things properly.

so instead of calling her 'kochanie' call her in your own language. most Polish girls i know are very curious about other cultures, countries ect, and willing to learn new things. so really, use your own language, you are experts in it rite? i'd say be yourself and do not pretend to be Polish.
