News / Goodbye Sunday Shopping in Poland - Hello Electoral Reform [246]

Very good news! It should not all be about making money. This is a great move reminding us about our spirituality. Sunday is a day of rest, day of spiritual meditation or thought. We should follow our Slavic soul which is first and foremost about deep spirituality, something that westerners never really had. How could a westerner understand such a concept when it is all about money in the west?

Off-Topic / Eurovision - Today I will be ashamed to be Polish [481]

It is about a number of things not only politics, music as well, but on PF everyone is an expert all of a sudden and knows exactly what Eurovision is for with great conviction.

Off-Topic / Eurovision - Today I will be ashamed to be Polish [481]

I still watch Eurovision because Americans are not competing in it. People stopped watching European MTV Awards as Americans started to take over in each European country as hosts, not to mention in many Western European countries the music charts have become so Americanised that it is all one way - not worth listening to. Let's hope that no more non-European nations enter Eurovision.

Off-Topic / Eurovision - Today I will be ashamed to be Polish [481]

Merged: Australia and Israel should not be allowed to compete in Eurovision

Greedy Western European broadcasting corporations and whining Australians and Israelis came together and set up a deal that is a joke. Basically, whichever country is a member of European Broadcasting Union such nation can compete in Eurovision, what a f...g joke. The question then arises: is it about corporate membership or geographic settlement? Eurovision is meant to reflect European flavour that's why it's not called Asian or Jewish or Samoan vision but Eurovision. Everytime a non-European country gains a a vote Poland looses one and so does every other European country.

Life / Why Poles are so much different than other slavic nations? Poland must return to mother Poland. [38]

Merged: Polish must return to real mother Poland

We must reach deep within our Polish roots and beyond into our Slavic origins and take what is best from it. We should do more searching and analysing of our behaviours in the past and embrace the elements that in the past made Poland a culture that Polish could have been proud of. This is not quite the case now.

Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

Same here, because Poland has shown some fight which It is known for but which has been absent for so many years of latency - people were sick of fighting and waited and waited for the promised miracles and disaster struck and we realised we have to fight again. I am with Poland all the way (term "love" I reserve for other statements, I don't think it's appropriate to use here) for maintaining this inner spirit of independent thinking and without fascist - like agenda being able to state it's nationalist demands.

Feedback / Is it Polish forum or foreign forum? [159]

And where were you when Polish (and do not write Poles you @!#$@$%^&) were being trampled on here? I was defending Poland while you the "man up" pussy was squicking about in tiny voice. The forum is maybe better but not much better, so stop your cork sucking. There was less moderating by the mods in the past? Ha ha, there was just as much moderating but in the wrong direction. I still ca not introduce any threads about Jews and not so long ago but long after you made this comment same was the case with threads about Americans. This is not yet a right forum, it is run in accordance with different rules not reflecting what Polish forum visitors would like. For once , it is too wrapped in too many policies.

News / Poland's post-election political scene [4080]

A wonderful piece of doublespeak there. Who decides what might be illegal

Who sent you here?

What they do care about is making sure that political enemies are destroyed.

They care about destroying the enemies of Poland and so more power to them!

Language / [SEX] Polish sentences/expressions [41]

A friend sent it at the end of a text message.

Who are you? Are you for real, you came to this forum to have this translated, gee, this is a joke. Anyway, it either was a sleazy, playful, sexual remark or a derogatory malicious one, depends on the relationship between the message sender and receiver. it translates as: "Kisses for my little *********" . I do not think it was a misspelling where "dziweczko" was to mean "dzieweczko" (little girl) since the latter one is rarely used and in most parts of Poland.

"Doda, Doda zrob me lody"

You mean "Doda zrob mi loda" not "lody" , it sounds weird as "lody" is a plural form as in "ice creams". In any case, it is a contextually wrong phrase, for you can say "make me an ice cream" as in terms of actually preparing a food item but in the context of sucking one's penis it makes little sense, same as in English commonly used: "giving one a head" and so it is only a metaphor.

Genealogy / Why are some Polish people dark complected, and others very light [511]

This is because it is pointless to run back tens of millions of years that far, I have been more general, others here so far have better information in regards to that, I once had that info too but I forgot the details now, all I remember is that Polish come from the neo-Danube origin and then we mixed with few other types; I forgot which ones. Others have provided some good information here, more specific.

Love / What are the good places to meet decent woman motivated to establishing a family in Ustka area? [32]

Sounds like you are insecure and feel pressurized by foreign competition.

No, I have no problems attracting women at all and not just Polish women, but I'm just sick of idiots coming to me and the only thing they can say is: "I like Poland, especially the women here" and overseas "I've been to Poland, Polish women are like hot" and that is all they got to say about Poland to me. How idiotic is that?

It's easy to see that you have some sort of complexes & it's a fact that Polish women are quite interested in French,German,English,Swedish etc men !

By successful you mean having a job? Many Polish men have a job I assure you, is it maybe success in education, many Polish are well educated so problems there, successful position maybe? Yeah, that you gain through education or it's how it should be not bum kissing as it is the case and that then is not a mark of success, a bum kisser or vile character who gets through the top because he sells more houses than others for real estate agency is not a successful man either just a cunning bastard. So what is left...money!

My Grandfather's parents were from Poland.

Very interesting thread, it is still unexplained but Poland being the gate way to East and West and constant wars, take overs, invasions made it a country of constant mixing of genotypes to produce contrasting phenotypes.

What are the good places to meet decent woman motivated to establish a relationship in Ustka area

Poland is not a brothel for you to come here only to date Polish women, **** off ******! And yeah, Polish women may only, and that is if only you fulfill a set of conditions, go for your money (you have to come from richer country first), otherwise, you have no chance unless you actually fall in love with each other, which then is as everywhere else. In a long term it is usually the case that Polish women become dissatisfied with foreigner partner (usually because both set out to use each other from the beginning or they sent each misleading information and were misinformed about the union they were getting into) and so even the money does not compensate for this dissatisfaction. I am not writing it because I feel insecure (just in case you thought as other western happy go lucky master minds here) about foreigner stealing Polish woman from Polish men, I just do not like some idiots coming to Poland to only get girls, go somewhere else, Poland is not some "get your Polish wife" bazaar.

I like Poland because of the variety of people you encounter there almost all with different opinion. I don't like, however, the lack of patience some of my comrades exhibit, it is annoying.

Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

Yes, I have seen quite a few (even trashy looking) western guys needless to say loosers in their home countries (western girls/women are more choosy so they don't want them) having "great success" with SOME Polish girls/women.

Well, it is not this thread but I have to respond anyway, western girls are more choosy? No, no more choosy than girls from Poland or other countries, they just don't want those particular men who then come to Russia or Poland or Ukraine for women who are usually after their money and nothing else. Otherwise, I like your comment, spot on!

I am no celebrity Generations of my family are buried in Poland and Later Siberia and transit camps in Africa, My mother has asked me to scatter her ashes here when she dies.

Maybe you love Poland but your reasons do not correspond to that. I may feel sorry for African nations being abused by rich corporations, i may understand their experience and be able to put myself in their predicament and my parents may be from Africa but that is just compassion or empathy. Where is love for Africa in that?

Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

To all those professing love for Poland here: I am not trying to be malicious but I am confronting fake attitudes that seem to be in fashion today. Some celebrity visits Russia and is asked in radio interview about their experience and they start to burst out in extacy like manner as to how much they love Russia (they just arrived a day before for first time in Russia), is that strange, unreal or not? It is fake, of course. Confront your true feelings first then talk about love for a particular country.

That should be an important difference between you and some young keyboard warriors.

Wypierdku, I served in Polish army, have you?

My Father was in the Polish army, my Grandfather was In the Polish army, I am trained In shooting most hand guns and rifles up to the .338 lampua, plus if it ever came to it the Polish Szabla, and hand to hand combat.

Great, but you never actually served in Polish army have you? It is interesting how you only always refer to you parents or grannies for having done something Polish related, only you are not in the picture, pity. Fine, you love Poland because (again) your daddy loved It, okay, I believe you. Happy?

Delph I can see how posters here sometimes get frustrated by some of my SO CALLED countrymen on this forum.

I thought this was about love for Poland and not about pseudo Polish making love to American gay. It kinda looks like that when you are butt kissing another member on this forum, bad ktos frustrated you so you run to your boyfriend. Pathetic, you want to write something you write to me instead of crying to other PF member, no balls.

Mum and dad were born in Poland but sadly were deported

and then this comment:

I'm Polish I live in poland

You were born overseas so you have not returned to Poland, if anything you came to Poland as a foreigner. Your story is unclear or you are making things up, tell the whole story next time. You are Polish because you live in Poland or because your parents were/are Polish? Neither will make you Polish. In any case, your written English is hopeless, very vague, hard to infer anything from it.

Your reply to my comment is idiotic you idiot, idiocy is a pain to others, please refrain from applying it here.

Sorry Mod the pip squeak took one step too far.

Is it ok for me to say that I love Poland through the love my parents had for our ancestors and the lands they lost, I too have come to find the inner beauty of Poland

No! It is not fine to say that. That is because you do not truly affiliate with Poland to the point where you would defend or worry about it in times of crisis or commiserate all the moments you spent there with great longing that only a true Polish could feel for his/her country. How could you feel that since you only know Poland through the eyes of your parents, you need to experience the country and best in your earliest years to develop a deep feelings for it like love. Your parents may state their love for Poland as it could be real love for a country of their birth. However, another issue here is the use of the term "love"; in the statement about love for Poland I think it would be strange to include love for Polish flowers, love for Polish air etc. The word "love" is too intimate to be used so loosely. You do not love Poland, you may like some things about it, you may have some empathy towards Polish folk's ordeal but you can not love It only through your parents experiences. Today, the term "love" is being used too freely and it is loosing its meaning, don't get caught in it.

I love Poland

be careful not to overquoting anymore
I am Polish and I think the title of your thread is a bit strange to say the least, I love Poland too but I consider such emotive description of love for Poland too fantastic. You are painting it as some kind of paradise, it begins to sound also as self riches, at such a point it must be balanced by negative outlook so that your love for Poland becomes realistic. Such infatuation with Poland will not be able to be sustained once you start to meet with disappointments and hurdles in Poland. This thread is too unreal and too self sublime in respect to Poland as a country, Poland has to be modest about its nationality and character but yet defend it and cultivate, however, not flaunt it like in this forum.

News / Poland to return to Catholic tradition? [177]

Actually I'm talking about getting a vasectomy, something illegal under Polish law.

But you have no problem with male circumcision being legal in Poland right? This legislation was forced down Polish politician's throats on religious grounds by Jewish lobby which also led to Germany legalising male circumcision in 2012 in German parliament, why aren't you voicing objections about that kra, kra, kra, yapping on in your British pompous accent about Catholic Church because it defends Poland? Your antipolonism will be punishable in forceable future.

The same goes for all and sundry foreigners who are trying to impose their ideology upon Polish citizen in Poland.

Showed some balls there for a change, you may become a Polish yet. Sundry foreigners sounds just right, government and Catholic Church dismantling pests sounds also right - doing rat's job all the while they remain in Poland.
