@Alien

No, not the new main train station. Only old concrete balcony that morons didn`t remove when station was renovated and built new parts. Great tragedy brate. Until now 13 people died. Children included. Many injured. Amputations. Its a bloodbath. I sow security cameras on youtube. People hurried to train. Its a main entrance. Some were sitting on benches directly under that concrete balcony. Literally destroyed people. Very sad. I hope responsible construction inspectors arrested and people in the city administration for construction should also quit. And major. All should just get the f****

If it was a rainy day we would have 200 dead. I have no words. One just walk on the street and life suddenly ends.

Polish truck driver caused more damage in Germany than 5 of putin's supersonic missiles. 50 cars destroyed, 26 injured, many seriously injured.

That's presumably this one in Neuss.

If he was drinking or on anything else, it will be a long sentence.

Several lorry drivers from Eastern Europe have been caught in the U.K. using phones while driving. It's usually jail even if there's no accident, and if there's an accident, they pretty well throw the key away.

For now he has landed in a psychiatric hospital.

a psychiatric hospital.

I earnestly sympathise with those Germans he harmed. Let them lock him up for the time long enough to recover from his mental problems.

He will probably never drive a truck again

He shouldn't ever drive anything again.

That should be more common. The third drink driving and/or the tenth speeding ticket should mean a life ban.

Is it law in the UK or Ireland already???

The U.K. gives lid bans under certain circumstances however I don't remember the criteria

Is it law in the UK or Ireland already???

In Ireland, the law allows for a lifetime ban but that would be at the discretion of the court. It has been imposed a few times but twenty years is more usual and the lifetime ban can be reduced on appeal - and has been, but only many years after the issuing of the ban.

Ireland and England have a very different legal system to Poland so there's a lot more flexibility in how the law is applied. Ireland has a mixture of case law, common law, constitutional and statutory law.

In Ireland, the law allows for a lifetime ban but

In Poland too.
The Penal Code strictly defines in which cases the court may, but also when it must, impose a driving ban. However, there are cases where not only do the regulations require such a sanction, but it must also be imposed for life. Only in exceptional cases may the court waive a lifetime driving ban. This applies to the following cases:

repeated conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Causing an accident in which the victim died or was seriously injured, when the perpetrator was drunk, under the influence of drugs or fled the scene

Because they were the cheapest, I guess.

It is international sh*t with French company being main responsible.

For the sake of truth must be said, what we know until now, that Chinese played by the project.

15 dead.

It was a Chinese company that was hired to do the reconstruction of the railway station.

Listen this..

Most responsible is French supervision company Aegis that took 10 mil eur. Only Aegis had complete project in front of its eyes.

The contractor was Project Utiber Road Hungary, but direct supervision at the Novi Sad railway station was carried out by the French Aegis.

One interesting note that giving you picture of the Balkan mountains potential and help understand how Serbians survived Turks, and Romans when we are at it, so close to Rome.

In one ocation when AH annexed Dalmatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and parts of Crna Gora, highlander clans rebelled led by Vasojevic clan. AH moved in the region with more then 20.000 soldiers and, after enormous casualties, was forced to sign the peace treaty with the Vasojevic clan. Only time in history of AH that was signed peace treaty with a single tribe.

Now. Serbians are the highest and most robust Whites. Here, in Crna Gora and Herzegovina/Hum (my ancestral land) are those tallest and most robust among Serbians. Top of the top. Elite. Finest Whites in racial sense. Average in male is here 2 mm (no woman below 180 cm). And it was so even in the middle ages. Veliki Zupan Stefan Dusan Nemanjic, the Tzar, himself was 2,14 cm.

Those Namanjic nobles were ancestors of Polish Jadwiga.

Think now of the Racowie in Poland. When Polke sow them. And people. Since the time immemorial Lediani (Poles)/our kin people from the North made business with the Racowie/Serbians from the South, over amber trade routes.

We shall restore the `amber` trade route that was destroyed by the greedy Rome. Belgrade rule.

Several songs and dances from Crna Gora

Speaking of the liberation of Serbian Empire, which lands were back then ruled by the Turks, Venice and Austrians, the Archbishop (but also great warrior himself) of the Serbian national Church from Crna Gora, Petar Petrovic Njegos, said: `It would be what can not be, it would be never-ending battle.`

Another plane crash, this time in the US, at least 2 dead. What's going on with these planes. I guess it's better to drive or take the train.

What's going on with these planes.

Couple of things....

Planes are less safe because the Silicon valley model (get a product out the door as quickly as possible and fix glitches later) has expanded to other areas. There was a horrific crash a few years ago because they (following SV logic) had not had either backup or override features....

DEI policies in hiring means that they're going for a color coordinated look in staff rather than sheer competence.....

Gonna get worse before it gets better.....
