As always, Johnny, it's all merely a knee-jerk reaction to what had been repressed for centuries prior.
Perversion has always been with us, it's only now being given free reign. Don't forget though, G-d created LGBTQ and transgender adherents too.

Yes, God created us all and gave us a choice to follow Him or Satan.
Perversion is Satan free reign, not Gods.

God had nothing to do with perverts. They can't multiply.
If you don't believe me, put two gay guys on a deserted island and see what happens.

Because the two guys being heterosexual would make a difference...

would make a difference...

...who knows, maybe yes. Two fags would stay on the island and live happily ever after, and the two heteros would build a raft and go to the next island to find women.

...only to find out that they have wigs and penises but no ovaries. Damn...

Rich, would we really all be better off if "people" such as yourself, Donald Trump, Idi Amin, Adolf Hitler, Jeffrey Dahmer etc. could reproduce, and your type rants and raves about homosexuals who never harmed anyone???!! Allright with NAMBLA, I will make a flagrant exception and admit that their agenda is revolting, I'm givin' ya that one.

It's never the quantity of humans, rather the quality. We no longer live in the Bible Millenium, when becoming pregnant was not yet poisoned by environmental toxins! Read Rachel Carson's SILENT SPRING, why don't you.

Furthermore, prior to the Second World War, our planet desperately needed to multiply and populate the world we live in. The food supply was purer and our country encouraged having children, more or lessas a matter of course.Parents weren't interested in enjoying their parenthood twenty-four seven; self-sacrifice was in general the order of the day.

In our time, the world is simply not ready to overpopulate any more.

I agree. After the first child, unmarried women should be sterilized so they will not have #2, #3, and #4 - all from different sperm donors.
Also, we should let Darwin take care of starving Africa and keep Muslims away from Europe's bounty and welfare. They multiply way too fast.

BTW, was this racist?

Let me think.....,yes it was.

What would you change in my post to make it "progressive" and "inclusive"? Don't go woke on me.
I am trying to be a better person...

Want to be a better person ? Turn off your kazakh computer, put on your cuban trainers and enjoy a stroll down to the 24 sushi bar and talk to some real people instead of spending all night trolling

I do all of this. Thanks for your advice.

Subversion in Poland, not anywhere, but in the churches.

The Catholic Church has been a hotbed of sexual perversion and abuse among priests for nearly a thousand years. It should therefore comes as little to no surprise that it has unfortunately been a source of hypocrisy aka double standard as well.

Subversion in Poland, not anywhere, but in the churches.

The photos you posted show the inside of a reformed church in Warsaw (Kościół Ewangelicko-Reformowany w RP) but unfortunately not a traditional, puritan one. KER w RP is a liberal church, no different from its equivalents in the West. Luckily they only have about 3000 members and 8 parishes in the entire Poland. A marginal denomination.

If you want real, traditional Calvinists in Poland, take a look at Kościół Ewangelicko-Prezbiteriański or Ewangeliczne Kościoły Reformowane (CREC); you won't find any of this nonsense there. Not to mention the Catholic Church which, despite all the recent scandals, still defends the biblical truth and church tradition.

Talking donkeys, people living inside whales and snakes telling people to eat apples?

Talking donkeys, people living inside whales and snakes telling people to eat apples?

They are called "Metophors", joun.
The ones that remind me of you, "Do not cast your pearls before swine," OR "Do not give dogs what is sacred, as a dog returns to its vomit, so a fool repeats his folly."

...and that there are only two genders - a man and a woman. And that humanity does not need gays and lesbians. Otherwise, Adam would get both to make him happy.

They are called "Metophors" , joun.

You just beat me to it...

Glad people agree that the bible is metaphorical rather than literally true.

metaphorical rather than literally true.

Some parts of it are metaphorically true and some literally true, which means that it is in its entirety completely true.

Inspired and inerrant word of God.

That's consistent of them, isn't it...

neutral source.

There's no such thing as "neutrality" when it comes to God. Check out Cornelius van Til, Greg Bahnsen and presuppositional apologetics - brilliant stuff.

When it comes to religion?

Phenomenology. Approaching the study of religions in a way that is not predicated on the student's belief. You mention apologetics, pretty well the opposite of that.

Glad people agree that the bible is metaphorical rather than literally true.

Jesus used many metaphors when he spoke so the illiterate people would understand.
And then there are some of Satans children like you that still don't want to understand.
Every single time we bring up Christianity you get argumentative and puke all over it.
Which brings us right back to:

The ones that remind me of you, "Do not cast your pearls before swine," OR "Do not give dogs what is sacred, as a dog returns to its vomit, so a fool repeats his folly."

As I recall, the talking donkey, the whale and the talking snake were before his earthly time.

Mythology.
johnny reb 47 | 6,795
20 May 2023 #238
Yes, they used metaphors during that time too.
You really should start going to church to learn these things that you seemed to be confused with.

Ignorance
jon357 74 | 21,770
20 May 2023 #239
Did they?

So at least you agree that Noah's flood, the Genesis creation myth, the burning bush and the virgin birth and the bodily resurrection are all metaphors rather than actual events.

Back to the topic everyone please

Metaphors preached to the common folk, undoubtedly illiterates on the whole, who scarcely understood science much less biology. Biblical language made the unknown simply more palatable and comprehensible by "translating" it into stories they could understand.
