Time to clean the swamp - dePiSification of Poland

Good comment on PiS gansters` attitude in the past and today:

For two terms, Law and Justice destroyed the rule of law, and today it attacks the government for destroying the rule of law. For two terms, PiS ridiculed the opposition for saying "the end of democracy," and today it justifies the disappearance of its former deputy minister of justice with the alleged end of democracy in Poland. For two terms, PiS built alliances with anti-Western, pro-Putin forces in the European Union , and today it compares the incumbent prime minister directly to Alexander Lukashenko and the oppressive regime.

That is why I refuse to have anything in common with PiS coz they are morally corrupt to the very core of their rotten minds and souls.

Here is an example of cleaning the PiS swamp in the judiciary.

The Justice Ministry is gathering data about all prosecution cases tainted with political pressure in PIS times.

A few years ago, when Donald Tusk party was still in power, radical nationalists organised a rally in Wrocław, full of hate speech and calls for murder against immigrants and the gov.
Certain female prosecutor decided to file a prosecution against the haters and bring them to justice. However, the gov changed and rightists took over. The prosecutor withdrew the charges and the case was closed though no new evidence appeared. For being so lenient, she was properly rewarded and her career in the local attorney department sky rocketed.

Now, she is going to undergo investigation for allowing PIS to breach the independence of the judiciary .

- The department received a request to consider initiating an investigation against the prosecutor for committing a crime under Article 231 of the Penal Code - confirmed in an interview with Onet the spokesman for the National Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor Przemysław Nowak.
The provision on exceeding one's powers by a public official states that if the court finds such an official guilty - in this case, prosecutor Justyna Pilaczyk - may face a penalty of up to three years in prison.
However, its length may be increased to up to ten years if "the perpetrator commits the act in order to gain material or personal benefit".
And this is how the prosecutor's actions are assessed in the report by her current superiors. "It is impossible not to notice that after the issuance of the decision in question, the professional career of the prosecutor-referee gained momentum," they wrote in the report, enumerating Justyna Pilarczyk's subsequent promotions.

MEP Michał Szczerba commented on the case in strong words. "PiS thieves. They acted on the principle: Either big or nothing. The director of Prime Minister Morawiecki's office was supposed to accept PLN 3.5 million in bribes. She is charged with participating in an organized criminal group. There is a motion to arrest her. She faces up to 12 years," wrote the politician.

If PiS helps make Poland join Russia, we will promise to close all investigations into their party members.

Investigations against PiS gangsters or their stooges which were terminated by PiS controlled prosecutors a few years ago are brought back into legal proceedings again. Excellent!!!!!

After nearly five years, the case of the ABW officer who hit two protesting women in his BMW in Warsaw's Śródmieście district is back. The man has been charged with exposing a person to danger - an act that carries a penalty of up to three years in prison.

Two protesting women were hit at the end of October 2020 at the intersection of Puławska and Goworka streets in Warsaw . One of the hit women was treated in hospital, the other had no serious injuries.
