I am not a Polish resident. I live in the UK. I want to buy a car in Poland to use in Poland and Europe

I am a Uk resident. I live in the UK but I travel a lot of Poland. Can I register a car and buy car insurance? I want to buy and use an old second hand car in Poland. I can probably use my friends address for the documents. I dont know how it works. I only have a UK driving licence and a UK passport

If you are not an EU citizen (British citizens no longer are EU citizens), then you can register a car and buy a Polish car insurance provided you have: PESEL number, permanent residence address in Poland, valid passport (or the Polish "karta pobytu").
