Maluch 30 | 94 30 Jan 2014 #1what are the income tax rates for someone living in Poland as a resident?I gross about 30,000 zlotych per month income from my business... about 18,000 zlotych net in my pocket after expenses. What would my income tax rate be? What tax bracket would I be in?Hoping I can save some tax money! :)
Harry 30 Jan 2014 #2You'd do best by setting up a one-person company (dzialalnosc gospodarcza). That way you pay 19% flat tax on profit plus about 900zl ZUS per month.

OP Maluch 30 | 94 31 Jan 2014 #4well I will do that.. but thought someone might be helpful and know the tax ratesthanks Harry! :)

Jigmig 5 Feb 2014 #6If you don't want to pay benefits like Zeus etc and claim no costs then reach out is best option which is 81/2 % on gross.depending on nature of business it's certainly good for property rentals
