My opinion: Probably a false flag that will be blamed on Ukrainians (though it is very far from their MO) and used to justify killing more Ukrainian civilians (which has always been the main goal of the war).

To use something you should have this. Z already spent all ukrainian money, so it is dependant on external funding even to pay salaries to police and military. And, concerning "own weapons" - recently one of UAVs, heading toward one of cities near border, was shot down and not detonated as it fell. It was loaded by British plastic explosive.

Arabs don't care about Palestinians at all... every Arab country that let them in came to regret it. They only care about Palestinians as a club to bash jews with so being anti-Israel by itself doesn't cut it.
