Mam nadzieję, że się będziecie smażyć w piekle.
(it means: "I hope you fry/burn in hell", that's what generally people think of hell, eternal flames, but if you explicitely want to use the word "to rot", then it would be "Mam nadzieję, że zgnijecie w piekle.")

If you want to sound more natural Polish you can say: Obyś się smażył w piekle! (May you get burn in hell!). It's a fixed phrase.

But since HG have said that in their MTV, so why didn't Police arrest them...

For the same reason Rappers don't get arrested for Racism when they say Nigg@r in the songs they write.

If you can figure that out. Your a better man than me.

zacznij żyć

zacznij is the (singular) command form of zacząć (start, begin)

żyć = to live (be alive)

so, 'start to live' or 'start living'

Hi- have made some Polish friends recently and trying to improve my Polish.
can anyone tell me what
"na lajcie" means?
I think it has to do with drinking or relaxing?
Thanks!

"na lajcie"

I'm not an expert on "cool" kids talk, so I can't guarantee I'm correct about this, but I think it means "easily, taking something with ease, without stress" (in my youth times we were saying "na luzie")

(from English "light" as easy)

Thread attached on merging:
Polish Slang

Hi, going to guess that this is a bit rude for this forum but here goes nothing.
If the English translation for a blow job is 'making an ice cream' then what on earth is a Tutti Frutti?

Ok well since no one has replied yet, I'll translate it I guess. It basically means: "My telephone fell and broke in half so I lost all my numbers. And this happened before our last talk. But when you call, your number is blocked, so I had no way to call back. Call sometime and we'll chat, because I don't have your number."

Hey Guys,

Been a long time :) I wasn't sure wether the next phrase belongs in this thread or in the translation thread, but I think it's a bit of both...

Somebody said this about my g/f; what does it mean? And: should I beat the person up who said it? :)

"Jebana zdzira"

I know that zdzira means something like "whore" or "tramp" but the additional "jebana" I cannot figure out. If anybody could help me on this one I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

M-G

PS: I was figuring that it means sth like "dirty" or "oversexed" whore...But I'm not sure.

lol at kibel.. I acquired that word from an unrelated uncle during my past frequent visits to Poland.. My mother used to get so irritated hearing me say that, telling me that it's improper and such...

My grandma calls a girl's vagina or "private area" a word that sounds like "peach-ka."

Is that right? Is it Polish slang? If so, what's the real spelling of it?

Thanks!
