cheers. it is indeed a satirical essay by mr de Burca but as in every joke among the funny lines there is some bitter truth about Poles and Paddies. well, long live PL&Eire.

There are 180,000 Poles living in Ireland and last year they sent 841 million euro back to Poland. Three years ago there was 316,000 Poles in Ireland. We can assume that one day 136,000 Polish people all woke up and decided that they had enough of living in a country where it rains from underneath as well as from above. The Irish media criticised the 43% of Polish migrants who 'turned their backs on a country that gave them a home, an income and a sense of achievement.'

Has anyone heard of a Nigerian man who took part in the Warsaw Uprising in Poland? No ? His story has managed to save from oblivion . I just published a book , " Africa in Warsaw" . And in her extraordinary, widely unknown story.
- This story is very mysterious - admits Dr. Zbigniew Osinski from the Museum of the Warsaw Uprising. - There is no doubt : August Agbala ( or Agboola ) O'Brown took part in the Warsaw Uprising and was the only black participant. He fought in the city center , in the battalion " Iwo " his superior was Corporal Alexander Marcińczyk , ps . " Swan" .

Hes a decent, hard working and commited guy. Real help to the people. And last but not least a christian. I hope he will be fine. In western Europe the problem are 'niggers' and 'sand niggers'. He is none of them.
By allowing a black to "represent" Poles, Poland starts to follow Western Europe.

and i wouldn call croatia low class holidays. from what i know its way too expensive. sometimes even more than italy or greece. if you want to save money going for vacations you rather choose bulgaria or crimea.

i like the old ones - james bond and saint series. english comedies are great. british sense of humour rocks - monthy python, sascha baron coen as borat and ali g, comedy series - allo allo ,fawlty towers.... . than british actors and directors working in Hollywood are among the greatest - anthony hopkins, alan rickman, christian bale, sean connery, roger moore, tony scott, ridley scott, daniel craig, daniel day lewis, ralph fiennes, ewan mc gregor, clive owen, tim roth, kenneth branagh, michael cane ... the list is endless.
the films mentioned in the first post are so so. generally i prefer american movies.

For outstanding sports achievements he was awarded , among others, Gold Cross of Merit ( 1976) and Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta Officer and Polish Polonia Restituta (1986).
