I have to agree, some of them do look a little bit like Oyster Mushrooms.
But Oyster Mushrooms are quite tasty.
I still prefer Prawdziwy grzyb.

I am not a great fan of spirits.
My daughter bought me a bottle of Jack Daniels for Christmas and though I like it, half the bottle is still in my cupboard.
When it comes to wodka, I have to say that I am not a great fan of this high alcohol, low flavour spirit.
But if forced to chose I would go for Zubrowka every time!

I have to agree, Polish cakes are superb.
Although German, French and Italian are very good too.
Polish cheesecake is the best in the world!
Even my non Polish wife learnt to cook it beautifully, with some help from some of my Polish Aunts......
