For the US, we are an almost third-rate country, but for the European Union, as well as for Germany and France, we will always be a country of primary political and strategic importance. That is why Poland's eight-year estrangement from the EU, Germany and France was not only stupid, but also harmful.
We lost 8 years coz during that time we could convince more Germans or French that dying for Polish Gdańsk is worth the effort.
But stupid homo sovieticus Poles/Polesses didn`t see it in such wide and distant perspectives. They voted for rightards to have a few hundred zlotys more in their pockets.
It is a pity that we lost 8 years due to rightist PiS maniacs` rule.
