Law / Alimony and child support - Polish wife seeking divorce [15]

Sorry, i should have been clearer- alimenty can mean both payment for the ex and for the kids. What I meant is that maybe the women used the word alimony in similar way as in Polish and meant child support. I did that on here before I learnt the difference.

Again- for a divorce with full blame on your cousin she would have to have proof. Plus the attitude of courts towards childcare is changing as well. More and more couples go for shered care ( sadly impossible in your cousin case)

The judge sets a figure based on the father's earning potential

That is sadly due to 'daddies' that suddenly have big problems earning money after they are supposed to pay child support.

Law / Alimony and child support - Polish wife seeking divorce [15]

To get divorce with ruling it's the husband's fault she would have to present evidence- adultry, violence, heavy addiction... Only then we can talk alimony. Are you sure she threatened that? Alimenty in Polish means child support so maybe she meant that?

While courts are pro mother generally to get full custody and ruling the marriage broken up due to hom won't be easy without a proof.

Child support is paid till 18 or longer if the kid goes into higher education (25)

Life / - Conservative Radio talk shows in Poland - [60]

I hoped he will give me an answer after we cleared that , obviously very confusing, mistake. That is what I meant with that 'So?'
The radio won't create itself- ideas are needed. But it seems all they can do is moan and blame the Bogeyman.

That submissive part may be hard- it goes against my very nature :)

No matter what name I suggest you would find it unsuitable for you.

I don't mean a single name, more like ideas. Obviously conservative philanthropists don't stand in cue to do it, businessmen don't see profit potential and simple supporters of the case like you seem not to have what it takes to organize and create one.

So what do you expect- is Soros supposed to give founds out of pity that noone else seems to want to?

most radio stations here like Zet, ZP and RMF are mind numbing pop plus a bit of neutral news and lots of Lidl ads

Radio in Poland is mostly office silence killer and nothing more. There are few exceptions but usually it will be an old show with time checked quality

Who did he shoot ?

Filming- better?

Yes I made typos due to writting quickly on the phone. I guess you don't have any real answers and that's why you have to pick on that instead of actually responding to the points I made

Funny thing is that this is the sort of thing you were supposedly fighting with 'Brit bullies' about. Seems you have nothing against it when it suits you.

And if you are so stupid you couldn't recognise the meaning- foundation and donations.

Tommy Robinson comes to mind first and foremost.

He was arrested for where he was shooting and not for what he said as far as I remember.

How about you, who would you suggest ?

Noone as I'm not in any way interested in such a radio. I'm just curious about this moaning when it seems noone wants to take up the pains involved in creating it.

Why not create fundation and look for dobation towards it?

And you seriously think someone would be arrested for investing in conservative radio? Hilarious.

My name is not George Soros and company

And no equivalent of Soros on the conservative side seems to want to invest in that. So who, in your opinion, should create that radio?

News / So rate but good deeds of Polish politicians [9]

Some time ago I read an article about councillor making citizen arrest on a drunk driver and thought Great! Something to add to the thread but then it turned out the guy scraped his car and most likely that was his motivation and bot the good of society.

I decided to put it here anyway. For anyone interested ( sorry, source in Polish)

News / Polexit? Almost half of the Poles believe that Poland would be better off outside of the EU [548]

My primary school didn't have a single computer, my secondary school had a computer room- founded by EU. 2 kids in the classroom of over 30 had computer at home.

And that IT classroom was founded before joining. The 2 best highschools in my town got renowated by EU founds , all schools got updated playgrounds, football fields etc.

Thinking EU is getting too much is one thing but saying Poland didn't gain by joining is simply stupid.

And it's not only about how much money they gave but how- people, councils could just apply with a project and that's it. People loved the endless possibilities

Polonia / Polish Zloty Can't Exchange in France!.. [26]

The UK everything is translated and if not translators are brought in!

The only thing I noticed in Polish is slave labour posters... And as we all know the number of Poles is quite high.

History / Recommended Poland's history books [257]

I never read anything od hers because, silly me, I got her name mixed up with another writer whom I trully disliked. I realised my mistake once she got the Nobel and I wanted to know which one of her books I read and realised my mistake.

Life / Opłatek, not presents, epitomises the true Polish Christmas spirit [85]

presents that no one actually needs or wants.

Doesn't that depend on the giver? Hiw well they know the recipient? I've usually received gifts that I really liked.
And while I agree to a certain extend with your opinion- I prefer to look at it from different perspective- not as a reason to pretend you care but an excuse to show someone you care.

Work / Self-employed American living in Poland? Is it possible? [54]

My monthly spodzelnia fee is 147pln pm

That is amazing . Flats in my home town of that seize are around 600-700 pln. And we are just little town.
Even if we assume you are not just pulling our leg it's stupid to assume the OP will struck the same, one in a million, deal.

News / Polexit? Almost half of the Poles believe that Poland would be better off outside of the EU [548]

Times are changing after the Brits have set a new trend.....good luck

That poll was done after Brexit referendum. And for now Brits are doing everything to show how not to do it.

People say - right now we stay in the EU. However in the future it would be better for Poland to leave the EU.

They think it might be but it's just a prediction and at the same time prefer the security of staying in the EU.

History / Polish treasures in Sweden? [18]

And that makes it ok? So if someone steals your car after you had it for half a year and keeps it for a year it should become his?
