Some cakes:

Pic 1: poppy seed cake and plum pie made by my amazing wife. Plums from our garden, btw.
Pic 2: cakes brought by guests. From the left: gingerbreadcake, green apple pie, poppy seed cake inside and next to it this white stuff is exotic cake with pine apple chunks and coconut sprinkle.

Which one did I like the best?? Of course exotic one coz I am a maniac of all fruit.

A gingerbread house. We got a similar one 2 years ago. It was exploited as a fancy decoration until I looked closely inside and found moths and their larvae. So, if you ever get this present, munch on it soon before moths do.

Certain celebrity moved to the countryside and likes it a lot except nights when dogs bark all the time:
