I think the issue was when the dreamliner was grounded for half a year , LOT roped in shonky planes from charter operators and that is where their bad reputation came from flying across the ditch. But yes easier to deal with a delay from a megahub like frankfurt etc.

Yes that is what i do as well. USA might be a bit stingier but in Oz we have great signup offers, ie 100k points/miles and reduced card fee for first year. Some people get 3 or 4 new cards a year so it's all good fun :) i'll see if there is any Miles and More LOT/Lufthansa cards in Poland for you

Onet published a sondaz 67 percent were for working with PiS for the good of the country. only 27 percent were against negotiating with PiS and wypierdalac etc. Even 58 percent of those crazy enough to still support PO were for doing a deal with the goverment!!. Pupka has not shot himself and his party in the foot he has blown his head off.

Politics is not a morality play or emotional screech, but a negotiation for the benefit of the populli.
In 2023 the electorate will remember that it was PiS and Lewica that gave out the EU money and Pupka and his cronies were against. You should be amongst the first to abandon the sinking ship of PO because if you are one of the last there will be no lifeboat left.

Lets not forget when Olszewski was PM and there was a push to get Poland into NATO, Bolek was advocating for a separate military alliance of Warsaw Pact countries.
