Since it's not normal to beat up your child and usually easier to prove than sexual abuse I don't see the problem.

No school will take a kid in that just run away from home. Schools are chosen at the discretion of parents and schools with internat are usually special types o schools (sports, special needs etc.) And not just 'I want to learn here)

Judging by the massive failure of the recent Visa program for delivery drivers I would definitely say so.

The UK is not that attractive destination now after Brexit.
