it was the same judge who sentenced Mariusz Kamiński for a time in prison - they had to try a couple of judges to do that and Łączewski was apparently willing and ready (judges ware appointed to cases then not drawn by chance)

judge Łączewski faces charges of falsely reporting a crime and then falsely testifying (he's no longer a judge by now cause he quit)

in 2005 there was a female judge in Suwałki committed suicide after learning that she would be facing disciplinary measures

I don't know what you call an intimidation tactics - people wanted to stop the car and the driver badly wanted to go through the blockade - I don't say it was ok to do it and the driver probably needs to be charged and dismissed from ABW

Especially if it's the case of the lethal diseases.

lethal diseases cause death - at least 40(Down syndrome) per cent of cases (but I guess many more) are not de facto lethal

It would be way overdue

if something is relevant it is not overdue until it expires (this is simple logical logic) - but I guess some people organize demonstrations now so as to ride the wave of emotions - it also means that those involved in the demonstrations are not your best bet to organize people to further a cause

That's not what this is about primarily, it's the new legal requirement for women to carry fetuses to term that have no chance of surviving

over 40 per cent of legal abortions in Poland were cases of suspected Down syndrome in the foetus - it's hardly a case of a fatal condition, don't you think

Do you think protests in a year time would make any sense?

that would be a reasonable and responsible thing to do

And how many women would be affected in that time?

people are not forced to keep the children they have - they can give them away - do you see a problem with that?

Constitutional Tribunal ruling will not cause anyone to die (unless some idiot protesters start to stab or shoot around) - there is no censorship introduced - there are no opposition media outlets closed - and we have a galloping pandemia in the country

'las va che' is in fact 'raz, dwa, trzy' which means 'one, two, three' - the former part needs some figuring - goes to figure

is the former part how written as it sounds to you? (using English phonetics)

wannie is probably ładnie which means nicely

woncie ? maybe łące (a form of a word for meadow)

the first part is definitely this - na zielonej łące - 'on a green meadow'
