I dont know how it is done but still the freaking hell of a harassment to go through that.

If it was in fact niuance case the guy could sue her. He would have to be able to prove he didn't have sex with her though.

I dont know how can it even work outside Poland in any other EU country.

For one, why would you bother to hire a lawyer if the guy is not even there to fight?
Two, considering that in Poland child support is available for 18 to 25 years I think paying the lawyer one off fee still is profitable.

What harasment? All it takes these days is a swab...

What if the father is a Angelski teacher and has no money to pay or if he takes off to some BS country

In that case she would have to follow debtor preceedings.

Not the reason for Polish law to be followed.

We may of course assume the OP is asking about the law in Uganda or Mexico but why go to Polish forum then? But instead of being silly we can simply ask:

The court cases, both for paternity and child support are free. She doesn't have to have a lawyer.
If she does and she wins the father has to pay for her costs.

ALLEGED father is overseas then it can be impossible or if he is a low life Angelski Teacher,will it be worth it to go after?

Before being forced to pay child support the father has to be established and subject to Polish law system ( because we are on Polish forum).

As to earnings, while we understand you are this rich estate baron, even law salary father has to pay child support and I doubt the mother would say no to even few extra hundreds. If the guy isn't paying one can get money from fundusz alimentacyjny.

Both issues are hopefully sorted by parents between themselves. If they cannot agree they have to go to court.

If the father is not on berth certoficate he basically doesn't exist until the mother goes to court and points to him or he steps forward.

The right to contact, taking part in decision making and e.g. give permission for a passport.
Obligations- financial, becoming the sole parent in the mothers serious illness, death etc

Of course there is a difference wether or no you are on the birth certificate. Both in rights and obligations.

Being mqrried would only change the fact that you would have been authomatically recognized as father.

The only person I know who would live really almost as if they didn 't have family was very centred about the wrongdoings of others while not lookg into mirror.

The family was a bit weird but not that bad in what I can see ( of course possibly it was much worse but doubt it).

Depends also how many peiple such person dismisses. Just parent? 1 or 2 siblings. Or is it parents, siblings, aunts and uncles etc. Another indicator would be long, long LONG term friends.

doctors shouldn`t work in state health care, let them move to private clinics.

A doctor working in a state hospitals should adhere to the laws. We wouldn't stand for a Jehowa Witness doctor refusing transfusion ...

why cant everyone stop talking about the USA?

It's mostly you Americans that keep banging on about it.
And even when we compare it's not to change American laws but to see if that is a model Poles would want. We do not care what USA will do with their laws, Biden etc.

Stop asking us for guns (weapons) and money all the time.

Poland asks for weapons and money? And what that has to do with gun laws in Poland?

You would have to ask the landlord what is the ammount included and what is over.
As to that bill I would divide it in 2 and pay only that. What happened before has nothing to do with you.
