This is "no name" champagne from Lidl, probably unavailable in Poland. However, very attractive in taste, although simple and unsophisticated, it is wonderful when sifted chilled at 30 ° C. This is Brut Reserve, which doesn't play that role, but it is, as the insiders believe, produced by the well-known champagne producer Vranken. And for half the normal price for other champagnes from this manufacturer. And that's why it's worth to spend this weekend in Poland with it. in the US.

It seems that American products like your Levi's are sold abroad as luxury products which they really are not because in the USA you can buy them for next to nothing. The best example are the English Clarks shoes which I bought during my trips to England, while in Germany the same shoes cost 3 times more because they tried to locate themselves in the luxury segment.

As the market of luxury goods in Poland is growing, prices are adjusted to prices in other European countries. This works both ways, however, because also basic goods adjust their prices, becoming more and more expensive. My connection to Poland is mostly emotional and I am grateful to fate that I was born in a country as tolerant as Poland. Only a few days ago my German work colleague told me that he was on vacation in Kołobrzeg and was delighted with the Polish mentality.
