News / Polexit? Almost half of the Poles believe that Poland would be better off outside of the EU [548]

all schools got updated playgrounds, football fields etc.

Like I said, EU is good for painting recreational equipment and fixing sidewalks...

Thinking EU is getting too much is one thing but saying Poland didn't gain by joining is simply stupid.

Did I ever said that Poland didn't gain? I said that the effect is minimal in the grand scheme of things as the funds are but a fraction of GDP. The only people who really benefited are those who ran businesses that were awarded EU contracts. I don't blame them about a third of our income comes from government jobs and fixing up black peoples' shanties with taxpayer money.

News / Polexit? Almost half of the Poles believe that Poland would be better off outside of the EU [548]

So, some people who live abroad and are too young to remember pre EU Poland don't appreciate the changes that have occurred.

I remember Poland pre-EU. At least in terms of Wroclaw it's not that much different. Most the development occured within the past 5 years thanks to the strong local economy and higher wages compared to other parts of Poland.

The first two are Americans and you can simply ignore them as they are paid Trump trolls

Well, Trump indirectly did pay for my flooded Rolex so thanks to him for that.

many kids didn't see a computer in their life

pfffttt kids had computers even in the bloki and wioski well before EU accession.

Only benefit of the EU is that Poles can go to places like UK, Germany, etc. and claim benefits, pull scams, undercut local wages, etc. Western Eu is soft and sweet so it's no wonder Poles, Russians and now increasingly muslims are running a train on the locals. That's what happens when the males in your society act more like ******* than the local women...

Poland couldn't claim ANY benefit from being part of the EU. That's not my opinion. That's pure accounting and math.

No ****. Even if you add up all the funds that Poland received it's a tiny fraction of the GDP.

News / Polexit? Almost half of the Poles believe that Poland would be better off outside of the EU [548]

1) Slovenia and Croatia have been historically richer than Serbia which in turn has been historically richer than Bosnia
2) Ukraine has historically been a **** hole.
3) Many of the countries like Bulgaria and Romania remain poor despite being in the EU.
4) Switzerland isn't an EU country, yet rich as hell. Same with Norway and Iceland. And historically these have also been rich countries.

The EU didn't change Poland. Poles changed Poland. The amount of money that Poland receives each year from the EU is a miniscule fraction of the GDP. Enough to fix sidewalks and repaint some old gyms, and for a few wiser people who know how to work the system to increase their wealth.

According to the following sources, muhammed is among the most popular name in several EU countries -namely the cucked ones like Germanistan and United Kaliphate

thenewamerican.com/world-news/europe/item/32194-mohammed-is-taking-over-europe-name-most-popular-in-berlin-elsewhere
Bild, a German newspaper, reported data from the Gesellschaft für deutsche Sprache (GfdS), or German Language Society. Mohammed in all its variants was the most popular name in Berlin, and the second most popular in Bremen, ahead of Ben but behind Elias."Of the total of 22,177 boys born in Berlin in 2018," Andrea-Eva Ewels, managing director of GfdS, told the newspaper, "exactly 280 were named Mohammed." She said 244 Berlin boys were Louises, while 234 were Emils.

qz.com/1082778/popular-baby-names-muhammad-is-actually-the-most-boys-name-in-england-and-wales-not-oliver/
Quartz - a left leaning source at that even admits it...

The UK's national statistics office recently released the latest data on baby names in England and Wales. It says the following: "Oliver remains as the most popular first name given to baby boys in England and Wales in 2016." But that's not really true. In fact, the most common name by far is Muhammad.

voiceofeurope.com/2018/01/mohammed-most-popular-name-for-newborn-boys-in-the-netherlands-for-second-year-in-a-row/
Netherlands - another increasingly cucked country full of kebab...

aa.com.tr/en/europe/muhammad-most-popular-baby-name-in-berlin/1468468
The most popular name for babies born in Berlin in 2018 was Muhammad, according to a Language Society for Germany report Thursday.

This is why kebab must be removed. If not, every other person in Europe will be named Ahmed, Muhammed, Abdul, etc. and every other woman will be dressed like a ninja.

guarantee Polish independence through the ages.

Actually it does. Its thanks to Polish nationalism that Poland isn't being raped and pillaged by turd worlders like Germany, France, UK, etc. In a few decades the natives in these countries won't even be the majority - it's already happening in the major cities and capitals like Marseilles, London, etc where the natives are a minority.

Widespread Polish nationalism and the majority not wanting third world migrants is the reason why Poland hasn't had a single islamic terror attack while in W Europe they're so common that even a politicians says its "part and parcel of living in a big city." Well, not in Poland, that's for sure.

Friends because they are willing to treat them as equals

ROFL that's a joke... Germany acts like they rule the EU which de facto they do. Same with France. They constantly talk down to other EU members and force their directives in even when the majority of the locals are firmly against it. The best example of this is Germany demanding that other countries take in turd world migrants because they decided to invite every freeloader from every sandbox and jungle pretending to be a country. Then when others say no, not our problem - you invited them, you take them in they threaten fines, court cases, budget cuts, etc. Same thing with more recently forcing directives onto Italy and overturning Italian courts decision.

Work / Self-employed American living in Poland? Is it possible? [54]

@Cargo pants

Yeah that's what my rents are gonna do. Just the equity out of their house and buy a nice flat in Poland, live off the SS. I doubt that **** will even be around by the time im their age

By any chance is Trump booting you off Medicaid or have you milked it for as long as you can and no longer qualify ?

Medicaid rules. Maaan I ran that **** up in the high 6 figures rofl. ***** sweet especially when you have a doc willing to play ball with you (RIP Dr. Bu****) Dudes at the government office must've had a trip mailing Medicaid cards to the most expensive zip code in the area lololol

If you're not officially bringing in taxable income and your COBRA runs out you automatically qualify for Medicaid. I would've got an Obama phone too but the screen was bullshit on it.

Genealogy / Mongolian the Golden Horde - do Poles have Mongolian ancestry? [256]

They wouldn't have negroid features, they'd have asiatic/mongoloid type features...

And yes there are some Poles, Ukranians and other E Euros that still have a tinge of that DNA. Some Poles, Ukranians and Russians have darker, more olive looking skin than the typical cream white. Some even have epicanthic folds... its more common in Ukraine and Russia though than Poland and the other W and Central Slavic countries.

Of course not. They do whatever israels lobbies want them to do. And if they go against them well their political career is over, especially the republicans. Some democrats if anything tend to go against the grain, but its all just empty words and at the end of the day they do whatever their financiers want.

PiS doing its best, is really pitiful in it attempts to navigate the ocean of the international politicks

I agree. Poland isnt going to risk its relationship with the usa by staying even somewhat neutral towards iran. But hosting that whole iran conference was shameful imo.

It is a fact that Poland has a problem with its elites, be it lack of them, be it a poor quality of them.

Poland has elites, thing ìs they tend to sell out to the germans and eu especially the po ones. They have zero sense of patriotism towards the motherland. Then again a lot of the selling out po does is comparable to pis and the usa. Still though, id take usa as an ally than germany and the eu thats for sure. But atleast pis and the other comservatists and nationalists tend to put polish interests first whether its keeping key industries in polish hands, reducing dependence on eu and diversifying, and not risking the countrys safety and security just because merkel wants to feed and house every turd worldwr pretending to be an asylum seeker.

News / Poland in the European Union. Polexit? [559]

The Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland, however, have refused to accept even a single migrant in the two years

Bravo!!! Sanity prevails in the motherland and v4. Besides the eu cant do **** about poland refusing to tale in terrorists, benefits bums and their ninja brides.

Also wasnt the whole migrant quota thing non binding and voluntary? How can a country violate a law thats non binding/voluntary?

Besides no punishment that the eu can threaten poles with would be worse than having terrorism, no go zones, and tons of peole who will remain unemployed for life as they collect benefits just as kaczynski stated.

News / Poland in the European Union. Polexit? [559]

Although I live on the other side of the Pond, so to speak, I feel nonetheless that a Polexit would be sheer folly?

Poland isn't leaving the EU. Not gonna happen. Poles may not be happy with the leftist policies of the EU, but they tolerate it as long as there's freedom of movement and money keeps rolling in, highways are built, farmers get subsidies, etc. Once the money stops flowing from the overly generous and hilariously naïve western Europeans, then the approval ratings for the EU will fall. Poles will still stay in the EU for the freedom of movement for the foreseeable future though.

It's not "Us" though is it? Stop acting as though this affects you, or is any of

That'd be like if I said Brexit won't affect you... Seeing as I pay taxes to the PL government and am a Polish citizen by blood and birth, it certainly affects me and my family. The last thing I want for my motherland is for it to became like French Emirate, Germanistan, or United Kaliphate where there's sharia courts, cops patrolling social media for posts, destruction of freedom of expression and assembly, and where the natives are a minority in their own capital. The majority of Polish citizens also don't want that **** either.

Fact is, most people can't understand why so many Poles are euroskeptic and vote for euroskeptic parties yet have one of the highest approval rates in EU. It has everything to do with the Polish way of thinking, Polish history, and quite simply the worldviews that Polish people share. The fact is that Poles want to be in the EU tp move around Europe freely and receive money for public works, but they don't care for the bogus far left policies and won't abide by them. For example, Polish government backed up by the majority of the population refused to let in hordes of turd world "refugees" and dgaf if some commission or court chastises them as they have zero ability to enforce a punishment and even if they did the punishment would be far less than the alternative - terrorism, no go zones, insane levels of unemployment while demanding tons of free stuff, paki rape squads, ninjas, etc. The stuff written in right wing Polish magazines, which is quite frankly truthfulness that normal people are scared to discuss in public thanks to the thought crime police i.e. paki rape squads, no gos, etc, would be banned in most w European countries or at the very least fined even though they're discussing what's really happening.

News / Poland in the European Union. Polexit? [559]

As long as the western euros keep giving us funds for crap like highways there won't be a polexit. However, once Poland becomes a net payee and not citizens are paying to develop places like Albania approval rates will definitely go down.

News / Years of Poland in the EU - assessment of pros and cons [1199]

Maybe German society has changed since I was there in the early 80s?

Kebab, cuckery, spinster post menopausal ministers, ninjas, and turd worlders raping and pillaging at will have most definetely changed German society. Hell its changed even since I was a teenager. Dortmund isn't recognizable today from 10-15 years ago.

News / PiS candidates are losing positions in EU Parliament. Will they keep power in Poland? [358]

Lol lewica and expansion are two words that shouldnt belong in the same sentence.

they have managed to pull off is a fair amount of damage to the country in various ways,

So record low unemployment, rising wages, healthy gpd, increased tax revenues, giving families money and encouraging them to have kids is damaging to a country not to mention maintaining a perfect zero islamic terror attacks by keeping the kebab invadion in check?

Pis has a majority in the parliamemt what r u talking about. Then theres also kukiz konfederacja etc

Already the alarmist titles on leftist media "after poland no democracy is safe"
theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2019/10/why-polands-election-matters-beyond-its-borders/599992/

Now democrary to these people means having a bunch of gay parades, trannies in military and womens sports, tiny hat club telling the goyim what to think in their media outlets and hordes of kebab raping and pillaging at will. These people are genuinely shocked that poles would chuck bottles at stones at gays and that the majority doesnt support gay marraige or turd world migrant.

They even call even pis far right.

If thats "democracy" now then i and apparently most polish voters dont want that ****

Then you can explain how your experience counters countless government and trade group data not to mention all the companies who opened huge facilities in pl recently from dell to bp to mb to amazon to countless others.

And that is sad coz it means Poles are going to the dogs

Democracy. Like it or not the people have spoken. Im pretty sure the millions of poles dont appreciate being called prostitutes. And besides everyone has their price including you

Owning a business in USA is not in Poland

Same principles apply worldwide in capitalist countries.

I deal with big companies, those employing a minimum of 500 in most cases, and several employing thousands.

Good for you. I scratch my nuts as someone drives me around and collect cash and checks all day long.

As long as 500+ keeps coming voters won't care.....

Indeed. PiS is gonna pwn PO again next election regardless of all these non-scandals and non-issues.

@PolAmKrakow

Im a business owner as well and yes labor costs have dramatically increased. Nonetheless, its still very difficult for us to find quality employees and we have no problem paying the higher wages because itd mean more profit for us. Theres more work than we can handle and our biggest problem is finding quality candidates. Thats the situation countless polish employers find themselves in. Theyre willing to hire people at higher wages because their business is doing well. The obama example isnt valid because obamacare was launched during a recession so it was at a time whuen business slowed down combined with increased costs. The booming polish economy eats those costs. In case you havent noticed the wages in poland have been going up alongside gdp.

And in wroclaw the real estate sector is doing well and has been for quite some time. I cant speak for other regions and cities though.

Spending money they don't have?

Tax revenues are higher than ever and the budget is financially sound. Its in a far better place than countries like germany and france who run at 100% or more of government spending vs revenues.

You don't live here Dirk so how do you know the economy is down to PIS?

Because im an mba and know how to read basic charts and economic data which show polands healthy gdp growth outpacing countries like germany, uk, france, etc., unemplpyment is so low companies are having a hard time finding people even with 2 mil ukranians coming in, wages have been growing rapidlt and now theres talk of dramatically increasing the min wage, the budget is balanced, exports are growing, service industry is growing rapidly, and every other week theres an announcement of some major company opening a huge facility in poland whether its mercedes, lg, amazon, dell and countless others.

Giving money away as social welfare and bribery to keep people having children and staying in Poland. This is what it is.

Youre just mad PO didnt think of it first and must now tacitly admit it was a great political move as no po politician thats actively campaigning will talk about ending it

And regarding the min wage increase itll barelt impact polish employers because unemployment is so low theyre having a hard time finding people. Theyre literally fighting to attract workers because their businesses are booming but theyre having a hard time finding people to hire. Theres tons of news stories about this and testimonials from recruiters. Even look at how manu recruiting companies there are versus just 5 10 yesrs ago.

and there is no money for infrastructure projects as a result. Poland is heading for fiscal disaster.

Thats what milking the EU cash cow is for. Heading for fiscal disaster? Polands economy is one of the healthiest in the EU right now and even was upgraded by moodys about a year ago as a developed market economy.

hahaha

I don't see what's so funny about spending billions to beef up Poland's military and creating a whole new division of patriotic reservists that can counter Russian proxies like Ukraine had to face. Nor do I see what's funny about the fact that Poland's economy has been growing tremendously well over the past 4-5 years. Not to mention the fact that not only is the economy booming, wages are actually keeping up unlike the US or UK where the economy grows a bit, but wages have been stagnant for decades. Unless you're a grade school teacher of course... Germany's economy is even now in terrible shape compared to Poland's as it is stagnant and even declined a bit. No one's talking about Poland entering a recession that's for sure. Poland's economy is one of the healthiest in the EU right now and has been growing constantly year to year at a phenomenal rate while others are stagnant or growing at a below 3% rate which is the minimum for a developed economy to remain healthy. And yes, PiS has done a WONDERFUL job managing it. Not only are tax revenues up, the budget is stable, and there's still plenty of room for more programs like 500z's - which Polish families LOVE.

Firing unmarried women with kids???

Should've wore a rubber... or kept their legs closed

Yes, Jesus has been crowing the official king of Poland like it or not. The cross will continue to hang in the sejm, like it or not. PiS is promoting Christianity and protecting Poles from hordes of turd worlders who would ruin Poland's perfect record of ZERO Islamic terror attacks and LGBT agenda which wants to teach 7 year olds about gay parents.

If poles really cared about all these nonscandals than pis wouldnt be in 1st place and by a long shot. No matter how much propoganda (((wyborcza))) pumps out its not going to change pis position. Quite simply poles appreciate the boomimg economy which is being wisely managed under pis, 500zs, the beefing up of polands military, the promotion of christianity and polish patriotism, the opposition to lgbt and migrants entering poland, etc.

That would be an awesome name for a political party but prostytutki i kokaina would beat then in elections.

Most the girls do it out of their own free will. If you were a young attractive female youd probably atleast give it a thought knowing you could make 20k plus a month as a high end escort.

Every straight man is engaging in procuring in one sense or other. Imo in the modern age its cheaper just to go on tinder or get an escort than get married where losing half your assets is down to the odds of a coin flip. Even when a dude takes some chick out on a date its because he believed hell get laid afterwards.
